  • Pilgrims take this cooked rice home as "Prasad". After having Darshan of ?Yamunaji?, return to Jankichatti by trekking.
  • Overnight stay at Barkot.
  • Hanuman Chatti: The confluence of Hanuman Ganga and Yamuna River.
  • Yamunotri Temple: Built by Maharani Gularia of Jaipur in the 19th century, the temple was destroyed twice in the present century and rebuilt again.
  • Surya Kund: There are several thermal springs in the vicinity of the temple, flowing into numerous pools. The most important of these is Surya Kund.
  • Divya Shila: A rock pillar worshipped before entering the Yamunotri Temple.
  • Yamunotri: Situated in the western region of the Garhwal Himalayas at a height of 3,235 meters above sea level, Yamunotri is the source of the river Yamuna. The shrine is located on the Bandar Poonch peak.
  • BARKOT - UTTARKASHI (100 kms / 4 Hrs)
  • In the morning, after a leisurely breakfast, drive to Uttarkashi.
  • Check into the hotel upon arrival in Uttarkashi. In the evening, visit the Kashi Vishwanath Temple in Uttarkashi.

  • UTTARKASHI - GANGOTRI - UTTARKASHI (120 km / 5 hrs each way)
  • Early in the morning, after breakfast, drive to Gangotri (3048 m). En route, stop at Gangnani to take a holy dip in Garam Kund and enjoy a bath before continuing to Gangotri via the beautiful Harsil Valley.
  • Harsil is renowned for its natural beauty and majestic views of Deodar trees and mountains. Upon arrival at Shree Gangotri, take a holy dip in the sacred river Ganges, also known as Bhagirathi at its origin.

  • On this day, we will stay in Phata to allow for buffer time to handle any last-minute delays due to bad weather or other technical or medical reasons.
  • This is the best way to arrange an itinerary for both trekkers and flyers to Shri Kedarnath Ji.
  • Due to a lack of geographical knowledge and understanding of the climate conditions in this divine land, some passengers, travel agents, or tour operators tend to schedule two nights in the Kedarnath Ji region, which often creates problems and disrupts their further plans.
