- Private vehicle services (if included) are available for a maximum of 10 hours per day. Any additional hours or services will be chargeable.
- The package cost has been calculated based on current exchange rates. Any increase in exchange rate, airfare, fuel surcharge, hotel charges, government taxes, or supplier charges before final confirmation shall be borne by the guest.

- Any sightseeing missed due to weather conditions, traffic, operational issues, or force majeure shall not be refunded.
- 90–30 days before departure: 25% cancellation charges
- 29–20 days before departure: 50% cancellation charges
- 19 days or less before departure: 100% cancellation charges
- Peak season, long weekend, and non-refundable hotel bookings will incur 100% cancellation charges
- Flight tickets, visa fees, insurance, and other non-refundable services will be charged according to the airline or supplier policy
- The token amount paid at the time of booking is non-refundable
