Day 1 Arrival Delhi – Rishikesh (240Km/06-07Hrs approx.)
- Arrival in Delhi today.
- Meet our driver at Delhi Airport or your pickup point.
- Drive towards Rishikesh.
- Upon arrival, check in to the hotel.
- After refreshing, enjoy dinner.
- Overnight stay in Rishikesh.
Day 2 Rishikesh – Joshimath - Auli (258Kms/08-09Hrs approx.)
- Today morning, after breakfast, check out from the hotel.
- Drive towards Auli via Joshimath.
- Upon arrival in Auli, check into the hotel.
- After refreshing, enjoy dinner.
- Overnight stay in Auli.
Day 3 Auli Sightseeing
- Morning after breakfast, we will proceed to visit Auli for sightseeing.
- Auli is a popular skiing destination in India, known for its glittering slopes and clean environment.
- Dotted with apple orchards, oaks, and deodars, Auli is a charming hill town with numerous ski resorts situated amidst the Himalaya range.
- Located at 2,800 meters above sea level, it is home to the mountain ranges of Nanda Devi, Mana Parvat, and Kamat.
- Many religious destinations are also scattered around Auli, and it is believed that Shankaracharya blessed Auli with his visit.
- Today, we will visit Auli Artificial Lake and Hanuman Temple.
- You can also enjoy skiing in Auli (during the winter season) and take in the view from the Himalayan range viewpoint.
- Later, we will drive back to the hotel, refresh, have dinner, and enjoy an overnight stay in Auli.
Day 4 Auli – Joshimath - Rishikesh (256Km/08-09Hrs approx.)
- After breakfast, check out from the hotel.
- Drive towards Rishikesh, visiting the following on the route:
- Nandaprayag Sangam
- Karnaprayag Sangam
- Rudraprayag Sangam
- Devprayag Sangam
- Continue driving to Rishikesh.
- Upon arrival, check into the hotel.
- After refreshing, enjoy dinner and an overnight stay in Rishikesh.
Day 5 Rishikesh – Delhi Drop (240Km/04-05 Hrs approx.)
- This is the last day of your tour.
- After breakfast this morning, check out from the hotel.
- We will then drive towards Delhi for drop-off, cherishing sweet memories.

BOOKING POLICY:
- Booking Amount (30 or more days before departure): 25% of package cost or Actual Liability.
- 29 - 15 days before departure or before applying for the visa: 50% of package cost or Actual Liability.
- 14 - 08 days before departure: 100% of package cost or Actual Liability.
- The infrastructure in these areas is not very well developed. Do not expect or compare it with other developed destinations. There is often a shortage of water and power in this region, and you may encounter situations where water is supplied on a timed basis - from morning to evening.
- Not all hotels in this region have generator facilities. In case of a power failure, the hotel will provide candlelight.
- For all contracted services, an advance payment is required to hold the booking on a confirmed basis. The balance amount can be paid upon arrival in India (Uttarakhand), but definitely before the commencement of the services. Management reserves the right to determine the advance payment amount based on the nature of the service and the time remaining before the service begins. In some cases, such as journeys, hotel, or resort bookings during peak seasons (Christmas, New Year), full payment is required in advance.
- Please note that after finalizing the tour/service cost, any increase in entrance fees for monuments/museums, taxes, fuel costs, or guide charges by the Government of India will be charged as extra.
- For all complaints, suits, claims, or disputes of any nature relating to any products offered by The Travel Planners, the exclusive jurisdiction will be the Court of Uttarakhand.
- Rates mentioned in the package are valid for Indian nationals only unless specified otherwise in the quotation.
- The quotation provided is without any confirmed reservations in airlines or hotels. Once the quotation is accepted by the guest and the advance amount is deposited via IMPS/NEFT/AC Transfer/Cash deposit to proceed with the reservation, the booking will be processed. If we cannot secure confirmation, the deposited amount will be refunded to the guest.
- Once the package is confirmed, full payment should be made either through online transaction or cash at the time when all travel documents are delivered to the guest. For packages booked under our Airline Group Packages, airline tickets may be delivered 2 days before the group's departure.
- Base category rooms will be booked at the hotels specified in the quotation upon confirmation. If rooms are not available in the selected hotel, similar accommodations will be booked based on availability, and the guest will need to pay the difference.
- Any date amendments in the air tickets will be considered a cancellation, and new tickets will be issued at the applicable fare at the time of issuance. Cancellation charges will apply for the cancelled tickets as per airline policy.
- If any modifications are made to the date or itinerary, the guest must inform us in writing, and revised confirmation will depend on the availability of the requested hotels on the new dates. In such cases, if the guest wishes to cancel their tour, the cancellation policy will apply.
- No refund will be given for unused services in the tour package. Whether or not to take the service is at the discretion of the guest.
- 100% payment must be made by the guest upon arrival before the commencement of travel.
- Please carry valid proof of identity (passport for international travel) with a photograph, as it is required at the airport and during check-in at hotels. PAN card is not a valid identity proof, so please do not carry it.
- In case of non-availability of a hotel, a similar category hotel will be provided, and the operator is authorized to change the hotel if required.
- Most hotels have check-in after 2 PM and check-out by 12 PM. The number of meals, including breakfast, is always commensurate with the number of nights booked by the guest. The hotel does not provide breakfast on the day of arrival.
- The tour operator is authorized to change the route or itinerary if required.
- Violation of company policy or misbehavior with any employee of the company will lead to cancellation of the package without any refund.
- For early check-in and late check-outs, payments must be settled directly by the guest at the hotel.
- In case of international travel, rates may vary depending on availability, changes in the rate of exchange, or other fluctuations in the international market.
- Please read the email carefully and understand the contents and prices. All email conversations after booking will also form part of your contract with us.
- Please take care of your belongings before leaving the car or hotel. The company is not responsible for any loss.
- As directed by the Government of India, all Indian/foreign nationals are required to produce proper proof of identity at check-in. Valid identification documents include: passport and visa together, voter ID card, or current driver's license. All documents must include a photograph.
- Non-submission of valid ID proof may lead to denial of stay in hotel/camp or any kind of accommodation. The company is not responsible for any issues related to ID proof.
- For extra adults, many hotels provide an extra mattress instead of an extra bed. Kindly inform us in advance if you prefer only an extra bed instead of an extra mattress.
- It is presumed that the tourist is medically fit to undertake the tour. If you have any allergies (especially food-related) or serious health issues, kindly inform us in advance.
- Many small hotels/resorts do not have lifts, so kindly inform us in advance if you are not comfortable with stairs.
- Generally, hotel check-in time is 14:00 hrs and check-out time is 11:00 hrs across India. Confirmed early check-in or late check-out will incur additional charges if not included in the cost. Kindly contact the hotel directly if you want complimentary early check-in or late check-out.
- Many hotels charge extra for room heaters or Wi-Fi. Normal packages do not include these charges, which should be paid at the hotels.
- If meals are included in the package, they will be served on a set menu basis in a buffet menu/fixed meal credit. Any items not included in the ideal buffet/fixed menu will be charged extra at the time of consumption. Hotels decide the menu and options of items for the menu. Some hotels have a meal credit policy instead of a buffet or fixed menu during low occupancy - this meal credit amount is determined by hotel management. If bills exceed the given meal credit amount, the extra amount should be paid directly at the respective hotel. Room service for food or packing is charged extra at many hotels.
- In case of vehicle breakdown due to technical reasons, we will try our best to arrange another vehicle as soon as possible for major problems. For minor issues that do not take much time, the vehicle will be repaired. Kindly cooperate.
- We shall not be responsible for any delays or alterations in the program or expenses incurred directly or indirectly due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accidents, breakdowns of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, closures/blockades due to political unrest, or any such incidents.
- The driver will not drive in no-entry zones and should not be forced to drive on narrow streets or roads that could create traffic jams. The normal working hours for the driver are 12 hours. If you require services for more than 12 hours in a day, kindly inform us in advance.
- In some hilly areas, driving after sunset and playing music is not allowed due to safety concerns. Kindly cooperate.
- Air conditioning will not work in all hilly areas or in stopped/parked vehicles.
- The pick-up and drop-off point will be one only (if multiple pickups and drops are needed, please mention this in the email conversation before booking).
- If you want multiple visits to a particular place, kindly mention this in advance, as some places have very high parking charges.
- Tour destinations/routes cannot change without prior notice (amended routes and tour destination rates may change).
- If your booked car is not available, we reserve the right to provide a similar car after discussion with the guest.
- The rates are subject to change depending on fluctuations in diesel/petrol prices in India. If prices increase by more than 5% from the time of booking, we will adjust the rates even if they were confirmed earlier.
- At many tourist destinations/hill stations, some roads/markets have "NO ENTRY" for all/some larger tourist vehicles, depending on the destination and time restrictions. In such situations, guests must arrange for another available mode of transport at an additional cost, which is not included in the ideal package inclusion.
- Sometimes, the vehicle parking area is a little far from the sightseeing spots. In that case, guests need to reach the parking area at their own cost.
- The vehicle will be permitted to use for sightseeing points on the route and within city limits or as mentioned in the itinerary. For additional sightseeing, off-route sightseeing, or sightseeing not within city limits, kindly contact the company. Refunds are not possible if any particular sightseeing point is not covered.
- If you want some excursions, kindly inform the company in advance or discuss these matters with the company rather than the driver. All nearby sightseeing points should be covered together. However, if there are issues with a particular place, we can make adjustments.
- No refund for short stays or unutilized facilities.
- No cancellation or refund will be made if the situation is beyond our control, such as bad weather, landslides, climatic conditions, or any other natural disaster, fire, embargo, acts or decisions of government, political or national crises, roadblocks, heavy snowfall, acts of terrorism, or similar causes, strikes, or problems with airlines, railways, buses, hotels, or transporters, labor unrest, insolvency, business exigencies, operational and technical issues, route and flight cancellations, or any situation beyond our control.
- The company is not responsible for any accident, injury, death, or theft of person or property during the course of the tour.
- The company expressly disclaims any implied warranties imposed by the laws of any jurisdiction or country other than India. The company considers itself and intends to be subject only to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dehradun, India.
- By accepting this quotation, you acknowledge that you have read the complete package information and agree to the booking terms and conditions, payment policy, and cancellation policy. You accept the tour package and acknowledge that it fits your budget and requirements.
