Today arrival at Delhi, meets our driver at Delhi Airport/Your pickup point & then we will drive towards Rishikesh. On reach check in into hotel after refreshed, have dinner & overnight stay at Rishikesh.
Today morning after breakfast, check out from hotel and then we will drive towards Auli via Joshimath. Later drive to Auli, on reach checks in into hotel after refreshed have dinner & overnight stay at Auli.
Morning after breakfast, then we will proceed to visit Auli Sightseeing. Auli is a popular skiing destination in India because of its glittering slopes and clean environment. Dotted with apple orchards, oaks and deodars, Auli is a popular hill town with numerous ski resorts situated amidst the Himalaya range. Located at 2800 meters above sea levels, it is home to mountain ranges of Nanda Devi, Mana Parvat and Kamat. Many religious destinations are also scattered around Auli. It is believed that Shankaracharya had blessed Auli with his visit. today we will visit Auli Artificial Lake, Hanuman temple, you can also enjoy Skiing in Auli (winter season), Himalayan range view point & later drive back to hotel after refreshed have dinner & overnight stay at Auli.
Morning after breakfast, check out from hotel and then we will drive towards Rishikesh. On route visit Nandaprayag Sangam, Karnaprayag Sangam, Rudraprayag Sangam & Devprayag Sangam. Later drive to Rishikesh, on reach checks in into the hotel, after refreshed have dinner & overnight stay at Rishikesh.
This is the last day of your tour. Today morning after breakfast, check out from hotel & then we will drive towards Delhi for drops with sweet memories.

BOOKING POLICY:
v Booking Amount (30 and more Days before departure): 25% of package cost or Actual Liability,
v 29 – 15 days before departure or Before Applying the Visa: 50% of Package Cost or Actual Liability,
v 14 – 08 days before departure: 100% of Package Cost or Actual Liability,
IMPORTANT NOTE:
v The infrastructure of these areas is not very well developed now and you should not expect or compare it with the other developed destinations there is always shortage of water and power in this region and so you would come across situation like water supplied on time basis – morning to evening.
v In this region all the hotels don’t have any Generator facility. If the power failure hotel will provide candle light.
PAYMENTS:
For all the services contracted, certain advance payment should be made to hold the booking, on confirmed basis & the balance amount can be paid upon arrival in INDIA (UTTARAKHAND) but definitely before the commencement of the services. Management personnel hold the right to decide upon the amount to be paid as advance payment, based on the nature of the service & the time left for the commencement of the service. Apart from above in some cases like Journeys, hotels or resorts bookings during the peak season (X-Mas, New Year), full payment is required to be sent in advance.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
In the event of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows:
v 60 days prior to arrival: 25% of the Tour/Service cost
v 45 days prior to arrival: 50% of the Tour/Service cost
v 15 days prior to arrival: 75% of the Tour/Service cost
v 7 days prior to arrival: 100% of the Tour/Service cost
LESS THAN 72 HOURS OR NO SHOW: NO REFUND
In case of Journeys and peak season hotel bookings a separate cancellation policy is applicable (which can be advised as and when required).
SOME CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICIES ARE OUT OF OUR TENDER:
Refund for hotel payment will follow the hotel’s cancellation policy
Flight tickets cancellations will follow the airlines company policy
In case you cancel the trip after commencement, refund would be restricted to a limited amount only which too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers/contractors we patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation & missed meals etc. we do not bear any responsibility to refund.
OUR LIABILITIES & LIMITATIONS:
Please note that after the finalization of the Tour/Service cost, if there are any hike in entrance fees of monuments/museums, taxes, fuel cost or guide charges by Govt of India, the same would be charged as extra.
LAW & JUSDICTION
For all complaints, suits, claims or disputes of whatsoever nature relating to any products offered by The Travel Planners, will be under the exclusive jurisdiction of Court of UTTARAKHAND.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
v Rates mentioned in the package are valid for Indian nationals only until and unless specified along with quotation.
v The quotation we are proving you, it’s without any confirmed reservation either in the airlines or in the hotels. Once the quotation is accepted by the guest and advance amount is deposited either in IMPS/NEFT/AC Transfer/Cash deposit to proceed the reservation, the booking will be proceeded by our end. In case we are not able to get the confirmation and then the deposited amount shall be refunded to the guest.
v Once given package will be confirmed and then full payment should be made either in Online transaction/Cash at the time when all the travel documents are delivered to the guest. For the packages which are booked under our Airline Group Packages the airline tickets might be delivered 2 days before the departure of the group.
v Base category rooms will be booked at the hotels specified in the quotation upon confirmation. If rooms are not available in the selected hotel, rooms will be booked in a similar hotel as per availability, where you will have to pay the difference.
v Any date amendments in the air tickets will be considered as cancellation only and new tickets are issued under new applicable fare at the time of issuance of ticket and cancellation charges are applicable for the cancelled tickets as per airline policy.
v If any modification will be made in date or itinerary so guest has to be informed us in writing and revised confirmation will be depend on subject to availability of the given hotels on the requested dates. In that situation if he/her want to cancel their tour in that case the cancellation policy will be applied.
v No refund will be given for unused services in the tour package. Whether or not to take the service is at the discretion of the guest.
v 100% payment to be made by the guest on arrival before commencement of travel.
v Please carry your valid proof of identity (passport in case of international travel) with your photograph, as it is required at the airport and during check-in at hotels. PAN card is not a valid identity proof, so please do not carry it with you.
v In case of non-availability of hotel, the Similar category hotel will be given and operator is authorized to change the hotel if required.
v Most hotels have check-in after 2 PM and check-out by 12 PM and the number of meals including breakfast is always commensurate with the number of nights booked by the guest. The hotel does not provide breakfast on the day of arrival.
v Tour operator is authorized to change the route or itinerary if required.
v Violation of company policy or misbehavior with any employee of the company will lead to cancellation of the package without any refund.
v For early check in and late check outs payments are to be settled directly by the guest at the hotel.
v In case of international travel, rates may vary depending on availability or change in ROE or any other fluctuations in the international market.
v Please read the email carefully and understand the contents and prices. All email conversations after booking will also form part of your contract with us.
v Please take care of your belongings before leaving the car or hotel. The company is not responsible for any loss.
v As directed by the Government of India, all Indian/foreign nationals are required to produce proper proof of identity at check-in. Valid identification documents are: passport and visa together, voter ID card, current driver's license. All documents must include a photograph.
v Non-submission of valid ID proof may lead to denial of stay in hotel/camp or any kind of accommodation. Company is not responsible for any problem related to ID proof.
v For extra adult many hotels provide extra mattress also instead of extra bed. Kindly inform us in advance if you prefer only extra bed instead of extra mattress.
v It is presumed that the tourist is medically fit to undertake the tour. If you have certain kind of allergy (especially for food) or any serious health issues kindly inform us in advance.
v Many small hotels/resorts do not have lift so kindly inform us in advance if you are not comfortable with stairs.
v Generally, hotel check in time is 14:00 hrs. and checkout time is 11:00 hrs. across India. Confirm early check in or late checkout will be chargeable if not included in cost. Kindly contact hotel directly if you want complimentary early check in or late check out.
v Many hotels charge extra for room heater or Wi-Fi. Normal package does not include this so in that case these charges should be paid at hotels.
v If meals are included in package, it will be served at set menu basis in a buffet menu / fixed / meal credit. Any items which are not in their in ideal Buffet / Fixed menu will be charged extra at the time of consumption. Hotels decide the menu and options of items for menu. Some hotels having Meal credit policy instead of Buffet or Fixed Menu during low occupancy in hotel – This meal credit amount is decided by hotel management – if bills go above the given meal credit amount, then extra amount should be paid directly at respective hotel. Room service for the food or packing is charged extra at many hotels.
v Due to any reason if Vehicle breaks down due to technical reasons, we will try our best to arrange another vehicle as soon as possible for the major problems. For minor problems which will not take much time vehicle will be repaired. Kindly cooperate.
v We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the program or expenses incurred directly or indirectly due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, closures/blockades due to political unrest or any such incidents.
v Driver will not drive on No entry zones and should not be forced to drive on narrow streets or roads which can create traffic jam. Normal working hours of driver is 12 hrs. in case you want services more than 12 hours in a day kindly inform us in advance.
v In some hill area roads driving after sunset and music is not allowed due to risk of life. Kindly cooperate for the same.
v AC will not work in all hill areas or stopped / parked vehicle.
v Pick up and drop point will be one only (If multiple pickups and drop please mentions email conversation before booking)
v In case you want multiple visits to some particular place kindly mention in advance because some places are having very high charges of parking.
v Tour destination / route cannot change without prior notice (Amended route and tour Destination rates may be change)
v If your booked car is not available, we reserve the right to give you a similar car after discussion with guest.
v The rates are subject to change, depending on the fluctuation of diesel/Petrol prices in India. If the prices increased more than 5 % than the time of booking, we will increase the rate even if the rates are confirmed earlier.
v At many of the tourist destination / hill station some of the road / shopping market / mall roads have “NO ENTRY” for all / some bigger tourist vehicles depend on destination along with time restrictions also. In this kind of situation guest have to manage another available mode of transport with an additional cost and on direct payment basis, this cost is not included in ideal package inclusion.
v Sometime vehicle Parking area is little far from the sightseeing spots. in that case guests need to reach the parking at their own cost.
v Vehicle will be permitted to use for sightseeing points on the route and inside the city limits or which is mentioned in itinerary. For additional sightseeing, off route sightseeing, sightseeing not inside the city limits or substitute sightseeing kindly contact company. Refund is not possible if any particular sightseeing point is not covered.
v In case you want some excursions kindly inform company in advance or discuss these things with company rather than driver. All nearby sightseeing points should be covered together. However, in case of sometime issues with some particular place we can adjust.
v No refund for short stay or unveiled facilities.
v No cancellation or any refund will be made if situation is beyond our control, such as bad weather, landslide, climatic conditions or any other natural disaster, fire, any embargo, acts or decisions of government, political or national crisis, road blocks, heavy snow fall, acts of terrorism or other similar causes, strikes or problems at
v airlines, rails, buses, hotels or transporters, labor unrest, insolvency, business exigencies, operational and technical issues, route and flight cancellations or due to which the customer could not reach the destination and which is beyond our control.
v Company is not responsible for any accident/injury/death/theft of person or property during the course of the tour.
