Arrive at Bagdogra Airport and proceed towards the Indo-Bhutan border. Cross the border on foot and complete the required formalities. Check in to the hotel, meet fellow travellers and enjoy leisure time in Phuentsholing.
Overnight stay: Phuentsholing.
After breakfast, complete immigration formalities and drive towards Thimphu, Bhutan's capital. En route, enjoy scenic Himalayan landscapes, visit Sangye Migyur Ling Lhakhang, stop at Wangkha Waterfall and explore the Chuzom Bridge area.
Dinner and overnight stay: Thimphu.
Enjoy a scenic drive to Punakha via Dochula Pass, famous for its 108 memorial stupas. Visit the historic Punakha Dzong, admire the Punakha Suspension Bridge and explore Chimi Lhakhang, also known as the Fertility Temple. Return to Thimphu.
Dinner and overnight stay: Thimphu.
Explore Bhutan's cultural attractions, including Buddha Dordenma, Simply Bhutan Museum, National Memorial Chorten, Royal Takin Preserve, Thangthong Dewachen Nunnery and Bhutan Postal Museum. Later, drive to Paro and check in to your hotel.
Dinner and overnight stay: Paro.
After breakfast, proceed for the memorable hike to Taktsang Monastery, popularly known as Tiger's Nest. Located dramatically on a cliffside, it is one of Bhutan's most iconic landmarks. Celebrate your achievement with a completion certificate, as offered in the supplier itinerary.
Dinner and overnight stay: Paro.
*The hike is approximately 6.4 km and takes around 3–5 hours. A reasonable level of fitness is recommended.*
Drive to Chele La Pass, one of Bhutan's highest motorable mountain passes, offering spectacular Himalayan views. Enjoy scenic stops before continuing to Phuentsholing.
Overnight stay: Phuentsholing.
After breakfast, check out and transfer to Bagdogra Airport for your onward journey.
**Important:** The scheduled airport drop is approximately 1:00 PM–2:00 PM. Flights departing after 3:00 PM are recommended.
