- Standard hotel check-in time is between 02:00 PM and 03:00 PM, and check-out time is between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM (subject to hotel policy).
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Room allocation (Double/Twin) is at the discretion of the hotel at the time of check-in.

- A minimum advance payment of 25% is required to confirm the booking.
- 100% payment is required before departure as per the timeline shared at the time of booking.
- Air tickets require full payment before issuance.
- ? Cancellation & Refund Policy
- All cancellations must be made in writing.
- Airline cancellation will be as per airline rules and will be charged separately.
- Cancellation charges:
- More than 45 days before departure: 20% of total cost
- 30 days before departure: 40% of total cost
- 30 to 14 days before departure: 70% of total cost
- 14 to 05 days before departure: 100% of total cost
- Immediate cancellation after booking: ?5,000 per person will be charged.
- No-show at departure: 100% cancellation charges.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting all charges.

- The company shall not be held responsible for any delay, cancellation, or modification of services due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, or government restrictions.
- Any additional expenses arising due to such situations must be borne by the traveler.
