Unprofessional behaviour
If you don't want to turn your trip to a nightmare. Don't book a package from these fraudsters . These are the most unprofessional people. They keep delaying things, won't reply to your messages or calls and don't do a single thing correct in the whole itinerary. Avoid them if you don't want to waste your time.
Quick response to any problem during the trip
One of the driver didn’t understand English
Hotel & Resort selection were excellent.
Time management by on ground team. Missed 2 spots (Waterfall & Crystal Bay Beach)
The driver told we are late so we will take you to another place, he took use to Virgin Beach because it was on route. Crystal Bay was little far.

Group tours were not that good liked the private tours more

My trip was to Bali. It was very well coordinated and we were able to enjoy Bali. The tour was customised based on our suggestions. The transits, destinations were spot on. Would surely recommend.
The only thing we didnt like was one of the resorts booked was too remote and felt kind of off par compared to the other accomdations.
