Cancellation by You
  • Cancellations must be made in writing by the lead name on the booking. Charges depend on the type of booking:
  • Flights and Hotels: Cancellations will be subject to the provider’s cancellation policy.
  • Activities: A 100% refund is available if canceled at least 48 hours before the activity.
  • Partial Cancellations: If only some group members cancel, the holiday cost will be recalculated for the remaining travelers, which may lead to additional room charges.
If We Change or Cancel Your Holiday:
  • We reserve the right to make changes or correct errors both before and after bookings are confirmed, and to cancel bookings if necessary.
  • Significant Changes: If there are significant changes or cancellations, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide the following options: Accepting the changed arrangements and Purchasing alternative arrangements of similar standard (price differences will be refunded or charged accordingly).

Nothing. Extremely unprofessional company
I had an extremely unprofessional and insensitive experience with 30Sundays. A simple refund issue has remained unresolved for over a month, with the booking platform blaming the hotel and the hotel clearly confirming that the cancellation is approved and the refund must be handled by the booking platform yet no one took clear ownership, and the matter kept going in a round-robin loop. There w (Read More)as no transparency at the time of booking regarding which hotels were refundable, and I was charged separate cancellation fees for flights, hotels, and additionally by 30Sundays, leaving me in a complete loss situation. Despite my cancellation being due to a genuine bereavement, the company showed little consideration and was incapable of minimising my losses or offering a workable alternative, even when I was open to rescheduling. I had to follow up with hotels myself, received only vague WhatsApp updates with no timelines, and saw no accountability from the company. 30Sundays’ grievance redressal and empathy toward customers in difficult situations are extremely poor. Please choose your travel partner wisely it is far better to go with a well-known, established company than fall for claims of “personalised service” from small startups that are incapable of delivering when you actually need support.

Absolutely pathetic honeymoon experience — NEVER book with 30 Sundays Booking our honeymoon to Bali through 30 Sundays was one of the worst decisions of my life. What should have been a stress-free, romantic trip turned into a nightmare because of their unprofessionalism, false promises, poor planning, and complete lack of responsibility. 1. Heartless attitude & zero customer support My f (Read More)light was delayed due to reasons completely beyond my control, because of which I got late for a cruise dinner. I immediately requested 30 Sundays to reschedule the cruise to another day. Their response? “It’s your fault.” No empathy, no effort, no alternatives—just a straight denial. I even offered to pay again for rebooking, yet they did not even bother to respond. This is how they treat honeymoon clients when things don’t go exactly as planned. 2. Drivers who can’t speak English — or even drive I was explicitly promised good English-speaking drivers who would also act as guides. What I actually got was shocking. None of the drivers could communicate properly in English. Forget acting as guides—basic conversation itself was impossible. Because of this, drivers were clueless about the itinerary. At a place called Sari Timbul, the driver had no idea about the location. Due to his confusion, we were taken to two wrong places, and we ourselves had to figure out the correct spot. We reached 2 hours late, purely due to the agency’s failure. To make matters worse, one of the drivers didn’t even know how to drive properly. Every 10–15 minutes, the car would stop suddenly with violent jerks. It was extremely unsafe and stressful. For my own sanity and safety, I had to request the driver to let me drive, and I ended up driving the car myself for the entire day, with the so-called “driver” sitting in the back seat. Imagine paying a premium honeymoon package and then having to drive yourself in a foreign country. 3. Shocking realization: 30 Sundays does NOTHING themselves During the trip, it became very clear that 30 Sundays does not actually manage anything. They simply subcontract everything to local third-party agencies in Bali—hotels, drivers, activities, everything. They have: No direct tie-ups with hotels No direct tie-ups with activity providers No direct tie-ups with cab or driver agencies They just pass your money to a local agent and wash their hands off. When something goes wrong, they hide behind “local partner” excuses and take zero responsibility. 4. Worst spa planning & money-grabbing mindset Despite Bali being full of excellent spas everywhere, they booked our couple spa at Tarantum Spa, which was 1 hour 20 minutes away from our hotel (one way). That’s 2 hours 40 minutes of travel just for a spa. Completely illogical planning. The spa itself was absolutely pathetic. I expected a rejuvenating Balinese experience, but honestly, even a normal neighborhood salon gives better massages. While returning from this terrible spa after such a long drive, we stopped for just 30 minutes at a restaurant that was directly on the route—no detour, no deviation. Shockingly, 30 Sundays demanded extra charges for this 30-minute halt, saying “this stoppage is not part of your itinerary.” So according to them: You cannot even stop to eat food You must blindly follow their poorly planned itinerary Even a basic human need like eating requires extra payment This clearly shows their money-hungry and unreasonable attitude. 5. Visa blunder — complete incompetence I paid extra to 30 Sundays for e-visas for myself and my wife to avoid long queues at the airport. Due to their mistake in my wife’s visa, she was denied entry at the airport. Imagine standing at immigration on your honeymoon, unsure whether your wife will be allowed to enter the country. Ultimately, I had to stand in the Visa on Arrival line, get the mistake corrected, and pay the visa fee again, despite already paying this agency. 6. False promises before payment, excuses after payment Before making the advance payment, I was clearly promised a visit to Ubud Palace, and I have this promise in writing. The moment the advance was paid, they suddenly started demanding ₹3,500 extra for the same Ubud Palace visit. Their sales team promises one thing, and the operations team delivers the exact opposite. Any request—even the smallest itinerary change—was flatly denied. Final Verdict 30 Sundays is unreliable, dishonest, and completely unfit to handle international or honeymoon trips. They overpromise, underdeliver, outsource everything, and abandon you the moment issues arise. This was a pathetic, mentally exhausting experience, and I would NEVER recommend 30 Sundays to anyone—not even for a short trip, let alone a honeymoon. If you value your money, time, and peace of mind—STAY FAR AWAY FROM 30 SUNDAYS.

Unprofessional behaviour If you don't want to turn your trip to a nightmare. Don't book a package from these fraudsters . These are the most unprofessional people. They keep delaying things, won't reply to your messages or calls and don't do a single thing correct in the whole itinerary. Avoid them if you don't want to waste your time.

Hotel & Resort selection were excellent.
Time management by on ground team. Missed 2 spots (Waterfall & Crystal Bay Beach) The driver told we are late so we will take you to another place, he took use to Virgin Beach because it was on route. Crystal Bay was little far.
