Bali Tour Package

• This package is valid only for Indian passport holders.
• Hotels reserve the right to auto-release or deny confirmation for bookings held on a time-limit basis without prior notice in case of overbooking or stop-sale situations.
• In case of overbooking, the hotel may relocate guests to a similar category hotel without prior notice.
• The following documents are mandatory at the time of booking confirmation:
  • Passport copies (First & Last Page)
  • PAN Card copy
  • Flight ticket copy
  • TCS Declaration Form (for INR payments)
• The Rate of Exchange (ROE) will be calculated as per the prevailing rate on the date of final booking/payment.
• Standard check-in and check-out timings of hotels will apply. Early check-in / late check-out is subject to availability.
• Any increase in airfare, taxes, fuel surcharge, or government levies will be borne by the customer.
• The itinerary is subject to change due to weather conditions, operational reasons, or local regulations.
• Travel Agent will not be responsible for delays or cancellations due to natural calamities, flight delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Note:

• A non-refundable booking amount of INR 45,000 per person is required to confirm the booking.
• Submission of required documents (Passport & PAN copies) is mandatory at the time of booking.
• The balance payment must be cleared as per the timeline shared at the time of confirmation.
• Once issued, flight tickets are 100% non-refundable.
• Any amendments or changes after booking will be subject to availability and applicable charges.

• The booking amount of INR 45,000 per person is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.

• 30 days or less prior to departure (D-30): 100% of the total package cost will be non-refundable.
• No refund will be provided for no-show, unused services, or early departure.
• Any cancellation request must be made in writing and will be processed as per the above policy.
