  • Early arrival is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, a reservation needs to be made starting
    from the previous night.
  • Later check-outs are available on request and subject to availability, and may need an additional payment.
    We can always request early check-in or late checkout if required, but we do not guarantee that; that
    entirely depends upon the policy of the hotel, time of the year, and availability of the room.
  • Please note that most hotels in hill stations provide non-A/C rooms since the weather remains cool
    throughout the year. A/C rooms are usually unavailable or not required in these regions unless specifically
    mentioned in the package.
  • During hill station travel, drivers may turn off the A/C while climbing steep routes, as continuous A/C use
    can affect the vehicle’s performance due to heavy load and altitude conditions.
  • Jeep safari and other adventure activities are arranged only on request and are subject to availability and
    local conditions. Additional charges may apply as per the activity provider.
  • All water activities such as scuba diving, snorkeling, and other adventure experiences like paragliding, are
    subject to favorable weather conditions and local authority permissions. Activities may be postponed or
    canceled in case of unsuitable weather for safety reasons.
  • If guests are not comfortable with other languages, please inform us before booking. A guide can be
    arranged on request with an additional cost. Normally, our drivers assist guests with basic information and
    coordination during the trip. For any further language support, guests can contact us anytime
    for assistance.
  • Please note that check-out times and travel durations may affect sightseeing plans. Relying solely on
    Google Maps may not always be accurate, as traffic, road conditions, and weather can increase travel time.
  • During peak season, major attractions may be overcrowded, so we advise guests to follow the itinerary
    schedule to ensure they can visit all planned destinations comfortably.
  • For guests requesting flight bookings as part of the itinerary, please note that airfare rates are dynamic and
    can change at any time. Any delay in confirming the booking may result in higher costs or unavailability of
    seats. We cannot be held responsible for any fare increases or seat unavailability due to delayed
    confirmation.
  • For guests requesting train bookings, please note that seat preferences such as window seats or lower
    berths are requested at the time of booking according to the guest’s age or requirement; however,
    confirmation depends entirely on the Indian Railway Department, and any changes can only be made by
    the train ticket examiner after the chart is prepared, usually on the day of travel. Some tickets may be
    issued as Waiting List (WL) or Reservation Against Cancellation (RAC)

  • Guests are responsible for their own belongings including cash, passports, jewelry, electronics, and
    baggage.
  • Guests are responsible for their baggage at all times. While reasonable care will be taken during loading,
    transport, and unloading, we are not liable for loss, theft, or damage to baggage or personal items during
    the trip, unless caused by our proven negligence. We strongly recommend securing travel insurance
    covering baggage loss and damage.
  • We strongly recommend reviewing hotel reviews before finalizing bookings.
  • Please note that some major monuments and tourist attractions in India remain closed on Mondays. If
    your sightseeing plan includes any of these places, the closure may coincide with your travel dates. In
    such cases, visiting the monument on the next day may not be possible as it will affect the scheduled
    sightseeing plan for the following day. We request your kind understanding, as this is beyond our
    control.
  • Houseboat Safety Rule (Government Regulation):- As per government rules in Alleppey and Kumarakom,
    guests are not permitted to sit, sleep, or stay outside the bedroom (including the corridor or upper deck)
    after 10:00 PM. This rule is strictly implemented for the safety and security of all guests during the
    houseboat stay.
  • Periyar Boating at Thekkady is subject to the availability, you can book the tickets online nd
    off-line, If you are planning on a rush time, please book the tickets throughoh online will
    appreciated.
  • Afternoon or evening slots will be convenient on first day of Thekkady KTDC - PERIYAR BOATING -
    THEKKADY PERIYAR TIGER RESERVE BOAT BOOKING - THEKKADY
  • The itinerary is subject to change based on weather, traffic, or local conditions.
    Guests are responsible for the safety of their personal belongings throughout the trip.
  • Hotel check-in and check-out times follow standard procedures (2:00 PM check-in / 11:00 AM check-out,
    unless mentioned).
  • We are not responsible for delays or changes in schedule due to natural calamities, strikes, or other
    external factors.
  • Any additional expenses due to unforeseen circumstances shall be borne by the guest.
  • Rates are valid for the number of guests and travel dates specified in the confirmed itinerary.
  • Prices are based on group travel with the same arrival and departure times. Additional charges apply for
    transfers outside the agreed schedule or for split arrivals/departures.
  • Any change or deviation from the original itinerary after confirmation may incur additional charges, payable
    by the guest.
  • No refunds will be provided for unused services, late arrivals, or no-shows, regardless of the reason
  • The Houseboat Check-In and Check-Out timing will be from 12.00 pm to 9.00 am
  • The Driver's normal timing will be 7.00 am to 7.00 pm
  • A minimum token advance of 3000/- is required to confirm the booking.
  • 40% of the package amount is to be paid after we receive authorized confirmations from the hotels, cab,
    and houseboat vendors. The advance amount may vary — sometimes lower or higher than 40% —
    depending on the minimum payment requested by the respective service providers for booking
    confirmation.
  • The balance amount is to be paid upon arrival as agreed.
  • No bookings are guaranteed until the advance amount is received.
  • To secure the booking, the remaining advance amount agreed at the time of booking must be paid before the cut-off period specified by hotels, cabs,
    houseboats, flights, trains, or any other vendors included in the itinerary. The advance amount may vary
    depending on the minimum payment requested by the respective vendors for booking confirmation.
  • Please note: Any delay in payment of the advance amount may result in cancellation or release of bookings
    by the vendors. We shall not be held responsible for any such cancellations.
  • All payments must be cleared before the deadlines mentioned in the itinerary.
  • During peak seasons or festival periods, vendors may increase advance payment or require full payment for
    block bookings.
  • Name Details - Please ensure that the traveler’s name matches the Aadhaar card or any valid government
    ID for Indian nationals. For foreign nationals, a valid passport or government-issued ID is acceptable.
  • A token advance of ₹3,000/- is required to confirm the booking
  • Advance Payment After Voucher Issuance
  • Once the booking vouchers are shared, a minimum advance payment will be required as per the payment
    demands from hotels, cab operators, houseboats, activity providers, or other service partners mentioned in
    your itinerary.
  • Balance Payment (Inbound Packages) - For domestic/inbound trips within India, the remaining balance can be paid upon arrival.
  • Balance Payment (Outbound Packages ) - For international/outbound trips, the remaining balance must be paid at least 7 days before the departure
    date
  • To travel to India from overseas countries except for the citizens of Nepal & Bhutan, one needs a 06 months valid passport and a valid Visa. And the processing of passports and visas is not included in the tour cost.
  • We are not responsible if guests are denied boarding or entry due to incomplete documentation or non-compliance.
  • Any person who has a contagious disease is forbidden to travel, any person found during the tour with
    such a disease will be asked to leave the tour and will have to make their own arrangements to return
    home.
  • Guests must comply with all travel and health regulations of the destination country, including COVID-19
    guidelines and international entry requirements
  • “Guests must comply with all current travel, visa, and health regulations of the destination country,
    including any updated entry or vaccination requirements as mandated by local authorities or airlines.”
  • We do not have any insurance policy covering the expenses for accidents, sickness, loss due to theft, or
    any other reasons. Visitors are advised to seek such insurance arrangements in their home country. All
    baggage & personal property/s at all times are at the client's risk.
  • Please note that after the finalization of the tour/service cost, if there are any hikes in entrance fees of
    monuments/museums, taxes, fuel cost or guide charges by the Govt. of India, the same would be charged
    as extra.
  • We act only in the capacity of agent for the hotels, airlines, transporters, railways & contractors
    providing other services & all exchange orders, receipts, contracts & tickets issued by us are issued subject
    to terms & conditions under which these services are provided by them.
  • All itineraries are sample itineraries, intended to give you a general idea of the likely trip schedule.
  • Numerous factors such as weather, road conditions, the physical ability of the participants etc. may dictate
    itinerary changes either before the tour or while on the trail. We reserve the right to change any schedule in
    the interest of the trip participants' safety, comfort & general well being.
  • Our rates are based on the prevailing rates as negotiated by us with the hotels, airlines etc. Hotels and
    Airlines retain the right to modify the rates without notice. In case of such changes the rates quoted before
    the modification, can be changed by us according to the modifications by hotels or airlines. All hotel
    bookings are based on usual check in and checkout time of the hotels until unless indicated in the itinerary.
  • We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the programmed or expenses incurred - directly
    or indirectly - due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of machinery or equipment,
    breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, political closures or any untoward incidents.
  • We shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage to person, property, or otherwise in connection
    with any accommodation, transportation or other services, resulting - directly or indirectly - from any act of
    GOD, dangers, fire, accident, breakdown in machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, wars, civil
    disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferages, epidemics, medical or custom department regulations,
    defaults, or any other causes beyond our control.
  • In case of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s, we must be
    informed in writing. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive a letter in writing,
    and cancellation charges would be as follows:

  • 60 days & prior to arrival - 10% of the tour/service cost.
  • 59 days to 30 days prior to arrival - 20% of the tour/service cost.
  • 29 days to 15 days prior to arrival - 25% of the tour/service cost.
  • 14 days to 08 days prior to arrival - 50% of the tour/service cost.
  • 07 days & less, prior to arrival or no show - NO REFUND.

  • POSTPONEMENT POLICY (INSTEAD OF CANCELLATION)If you choose to postpone your trip instead of
    canceling, the amount already paid willnot be forfeited. The paid amount will be retained and adjusted
    against the rescheduled travel dates, subject to confirmation with Us. Please note the following
    conditions: Price revisions may apply for the rescheduled dates due to: * Peak seasons (New Year,
    Christmas, Pooja holidays, Holi, etc.) * Public holidays and long weekends * Local or international festivals *
    Changes in hotel, transport, or service provider tariffs * The maximum postponement period allowed is six
    (6) months from the original travel date. ADDITIONAL COST CONDITIONS * If the itinerary includes
    optional or adventure activities such as scuba diving, paragliding, bamboo rafting, jeep safari, or any other
    extra activity, activity charges are subject to change based on availability and current operator rates. Any
    revised or increased cost must be paid additionallyby the guest. * If the itinerary includes a houseboat
    stay or houseboat day cruise, additional charges may apply during: * Long weekends * Public holidays *
    Special regional or festive days Houseboat rates during these periods are generally higher than regular
    dates. * Any special inclusions such as: * Candlelight dinner * Flower bed decoration * Room or theme
    decorations * Honeymoon or anniversary arrangements * Special setups in hotels, houseboats, tree houses,
    bubble rooms, etc. are subject to availability and pricing of the actual service provider. Any difference in
    cost must be paid additionally by the guest. 
  • Final pricing for postponed dates will be based on the revised itinerary and applicable seasonal rates.
    Failure to notify us within the specified time will result in standard cancellation charges.
    For any clarifications, please contact us before making changes. We appreciate your understanding.
    Please note - Irrespective of above mentioned cancellations slabs - in case of cancellation of tour
    services after the booking is made with us - a minimum 10% service charges would be applicable.
    In case of booking with Taj, Leela group of hotels and special train journey (like Palace on Wheels, Deccan
    Odyssey, and Royal Orient etc.) and high peak season bookings (Special seasons like Diwali - 15th Oct to
    15th Nov - & X' Mas / New Year period - 15th Dec to 15th Jan) NO refund will be provided irrespective of
    the period.
  • In case you cancel the trip after commencement, the refund would be restricted to a limited amount, that
    too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers, cab vendors, and
    houseboat vendors we patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation, and missed
    meals, etc., we do not bear any responsibility to refund.
  • In regard to refund of unused/unutilized services (which are paid for and canceled in advance), the refund
    amount would be worked out on the basis of the cancellation policy as described above, and the money
    would be accordingly refunded to the person who has made the payment to us. Please note that the
    refund process may take 2 - 4 weeks due to banking procedures. If the refund is made to the credit card
    account OR the Bank account, the bank charges would be debited from the refund amount.

Overall trip was good but in hotel at kochi is good due to non-availability of kitchen in hotel .
I like transport facility along with the cooperation of driver.

Everything about the trip was amazing
The grasmere resort we stayed at for one night was not that great...it is on the top of mountain with no good road...our driver also struggled to take us there...also their hotel services were not at all good
