What's Good: I am writing this review after exhausting all polite and professional methods of communication with Naveen Travel Make. I had booked an Andaman tour package worth ₹80,000 through t (Read More)his agency in September 2024. Due to an unfortunate family tragedy, I was forced to cancel the trip within 72 hours of booking. I followed up immediately and was assured by their team, in writing and on call, that ₹30,000 would be refunded (excluding ₹50,000 allegedly paid to Seashell Resort).
What followed was a complete nightmare:
They failed to produce any legitimate GST invoice for the claimed Seashell booking.
Despite repeated demands, no proof or bill from Seashell Resort was provided to justify retention of ₹50,000.
They neither refunded ₹30,000, nor gave any clear timeline for doing so.
I was told, condescendingly, “travel agents never refund,” as if this is an accepted norm.
They dodged accountability by offering vague options like “adjusting the amount in a future trip”, which I clearly declined.
This behavior amounts to gross deficiency of service, non-transparency, and blatant misrepresentation—all actionable under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. I strongly caution other travelers: Do not trust this agency with your money. They operate with zero integrity, and once they receive payment, accountability disappears.
