Day 1 Arrive in Kochi - Leisure Day

On arrival at Kochi, transfer to the hotel and check-in.
Overnight stay at Kochi.

Day 2 Kochi Sightseeing - Heritage & Cultural Exploration

After breakfast, proceed for sightseeing in Kochi.
Visit Jewish Synagogue (closed on Fridays and Saturdays).
You spend time in the surrounding markets and walk to the Mattancherry Palace.
Also, visit the St. Francis Church and Chinese fishing nets.
In the late afternoon, witness a Kathakali dance performance in a theatre.
Return to the hotel.
Overnight stay at Kochi.

Day 3 Transfer to Alleppey - Houseboat Cruise

After breakfast, drive to Alleppey.
On arrival at Alleppey, check in to the houseboat for an overnight cruise.
Along the way, you will pass rice fields and tiny villages.
You will disembark from the boat to wander in the villages and talk to the people.
At night the boat will anchor midstream.
Overnight stay at Alleppey.

Day 4 Transfer to Kumarakom - Houseboat Ride and Ayurvedic Spa

After breakfast, disembark from the houseboat around 09:00 AM.
Afterward, drive to Kumarakom.
On arrival at Kumarakom, check in to the resort.
Spend the day at leisure.
OR you can enjoy Ayurvedic spa facilities at your lakefront resort or explore the nearby villages (on your own).

Day 5 Kumarakom Bird Sanctuary Visit - Avian Paradise Exploration

After brekfast, proceed for sightseeing in Kumarakom.
Visit Kumarakom Bird Sanctuary to view the incredible birdlife of Vembanad Lake.
Spend the rest of the day at leisure.
Enjoy a boat ride on the backwaters.

Day 6 Depart for Kochi

After breakfast, you have an option (no extra charges) to visit Kumarakom Bird Sanctuary to view the incredible birdlife of Vembanad Lake.
Check out from the hotel by noon.
