On arrival at Ahmedabad, Gujarat’s cultural and commercial capital, guests are warmly welcomed and transferred to the hotel. After check-in and some relaxation, proceed for a guided city tour. Visit the iconic Sabarmati Ashram, the former residence of Mahatma Gandhi and a major landmark of India’s freedom movement. Continue to the beautiful Adalaj Stepwell, admired for its Indo-Islamic architecture and intricate carvings. Later, explore the UNESCO World Heritage precincts of Bhadra Fort area and heritage streets of the old city. Evening is free to explore local markets or enjoy the famous Ahmedabad night food culture. Overnight stay at Ahmedabad.
After breakfast, proceed for an excursion around Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar. Visit the grand Akshardham Temple, a masterpiece of stone architecture and spiritual significance. Continue to Indroda Nature Park, known as India’s largest dinosaur fossil park and a perfect family attraction. Later, visit Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel National Memorial and Riverfront Sabarmati, ideal for leisure walks and photography. Return to Ahmedabad by evening. Overnight stay at Ahmedabad.
After breakfast, check out and drive towards Vadodara, the cultural capital of Gujarat. On arrival, check in at the hotel and proceed for local sightseeing. Visit the magnificent Laxmi Vilas Palace, an Indo-Saracenic architectural marvel and one of the largest private residences in India. Continue to the Baroda Museum & Picture Gallery, showcasing royal collections, European paintings, and archaeological artifacts. Later, relax at Sayaji Garden, a lush green space in the heart of the city. Evening free for local shopping and tasting authentic Gujarati cuisine. Overnight stay at Vadodara.
After breakfast, proceed for a full-day excursion to the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Champaner–Pavagadh Archaeological Park. Visit the ancient Jami Masjid, stepwells, forts, and archaeological remains reflecting the region’s medieval glory. Ascend Pavagadh Hill by ropeway to visit the revered Kalika Mata Temple, one of the most important Shakti Peeths in Gujarat. After completing sightseeing, return to Vadodara in the evening. Overnight stay at Vadodara.
After breakfast, check out from the hotel. If time permits, enjoy last-minute shopping or visit local attractions. Later, transfer to the Vadodara Airport or Railway Station for onward journey, concluding a memorable heritage and cultural tour of Gujarat.

- Cancellation policy will be applicable as per the hotel and transporter's terms and conditions. The general cancellation policy is as follows:
- 45 days prior to arrival: 10% of the tour/service cost.
- 15 days prior to arrival: 25% of the tour/service cost.
- 7 days prior to arrival: 50% of the tour/service cost.
- 48 hours prior to arrival or no show: no refund.
- Written cancellations will be accepted on all working days, except Sundays. Any cancellation sent on a Sunday will be considered on the next working day (Monday).
- Children above 12 years will be considered as adults.
- Payment terms: 50% payment is required for confirmation, and the remaining 50% payment is due 20 days prior to the departure date. If the service falls within 20 days, then 100% advance payment is required at the time of confirmation.
- T-Permit vehicle terms and conditions are applicable state-wise.
- Air conditioning and loud music in vehicles will not be allowed during travel in hilly regions.
- Hotel room confirmation is subject to availability.
- If the quoted hotels are not available, similar hotel options will be offered.
- Hotel check-in and check-out policies will be applicable; rooms will not be allotted before the check-in timings of the hotel.
- To confirm the above package, written confirmation is required via email or text message.
- In case of unforeseen contingencies such as landslides, road blockages, political disturbances (strikes), etc., the company management will not be responsible but will try to assist guests as much as possible.
- An ID card (e.g., Aadhar, passport, driving license, election card) is required to be shown at the hotel/airport. A Xerox or true copy will not be accepted.
