1. BOOKING AND PAYMENT
- 1.1 Deposit and Final Payment
- A non-refundable deposit of 15% of the total tour price is required to secure your booking.
- Full payment is required 65 days prior to departure.
- For bookings made within 65 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.
- The company reserves the right to amend tour prices, and any price difference must be paid by the customer at the time of booking.
- 1.2 Pricing
- All prices are per person based on twin-share accommodation.
- Single supplements apply for solo travelers.
- Prices are subject to change without notice until full payment is received within stipulated timelines.
- All prices and offers are indicative and subject to change or withdrawal without prior notice.
2. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
- Standard Cancellation Policy:
- More than 65 days before departure: Loss of deposit only.
- 65-46 days before departure: 50% of total tour cost.
- 45-31 days before departure: 75% of total tour cost.
- 30 days or less before departure: 100% of total tour cost.
- The company reserves the right to cancel any tour due to insufficient numbers or unforeseen circumstances.
- Full refund will be provided for tours cancelled by the company.
- The company is not responsible for additional expenses incurred by clients in preparation for the tour.

3. TRAVEL INSURANCE
- Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all participants.
- Insurance must cover medical expenses, trip cancellation, and emergency repatriation.
- Proof of valid travel insurance must be provided prior to departure.
4. HEALTH AND FITNESS REQUIREMENTS
- Participants must be in good physical and mental health suitable for travel.
- Any pre-existing medical conditions must be disclosed at the time of booking.
- The company reserves the right to decline any booking if deemed medically necessary.
- Tours may involve physical activities including walking, climbing steps, and extended periods on foot.
- Standard packages do not include assistance for guests with special needs.
- Special assistance services may be available at an additional cost, subject to feasibility.
- Please consult your the company representative before booking if you have specific requirements.
- The company is not liable for denial of entry to attractions or refusal of services by hotels, restaurants, airlines, or other suppliers due to disability or special needs.
5. PASSPORT AND VISA REQUIREMENTS
- Participants are solely responsible for obtaining valid passports and necessary visas.
- Passports must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the tour return date.
- The company is not responsible for visa rejections or entry denials.
- In cases of visa rejection, all expenses incurred by the company for visa processing are non-refundable and will be billed to the customer.
6. TOUR MODIFICATIONS
- The company reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather conditions, local circumstances, or force majeure events.
- No refunds will be given for unused services due to client choice or circumstances beyond our control.
- The company reserves the right to alter tour prices, inclusions, services, or withdraw offers without assigning reasons.
7. RESPONSIBILITY AND LIABILITY
- Arrange and coordinate tour services as described.
- Provide professional tour guides and services.
- Maintain reasonable duty of care for participants.
