- If you choose the Full Day Kyoto City Tour:
- First, visit the Arashiyama Bamboo Grove, a breathtaking bamboo forest with towering stalks lined along a path, which will immediately transport you to a zen mode.
- Next, visit Kinkaku-ji, also known as the Golden Pavilion, a Buddhist Zen temple whose top two floors are completely covered in gold leaf. Walk through its gardens and along the large pond that surrounds the temple.
- Then, visit the Fushimi Inari Shrine, located in southern Kyoto, famous for its thousand red torii gates on Mount Inari that contrast beautifully with blooming cherry trees.
- After lunch, head to Nara, which is approximately one hour away.
- Upon reaching Nara, proceed to Nara Deer Park, where around 1,200 deer roam freely, allowing you to interact with these gentle creatures and take photos.
