This tour package includes a comprehensive itinerary covering major attractions in Vietnam, from Hanoi to Ho Chi Minh City, with various activities and accommodations.
- Flight Component: Once booked/issued, the flight cost is 100% non-refundable, irrespective of the reason for cancellation.
- Land Package:
- Land booking confirmation amount INR 20,000 is non-refundable.
- Cancellation 20 days or more before departure: Advance paid towards the land package will be forfeited.
- Cancellation within 20 days of departure or No Show: 100% cancellation charges of the total package cost will apply.
- Any refunds, wherever applicable, will be processed only after receiving the refund from the respective airline, hotel, cruise, or overseas supplier, after deducting applicable bank charges, taxes, and service charges.
- Name Change: Name changes after booking are not permitted. Any correction, if allowed by the airline or supplier, will be subject to applicable charges.
- Visa Rejection: Visa approval is solely at the discretion of the respective Embassy/Consulate. In the event of visa rejection, cancellation charges for flights, hotels, cruise, visas, and other confirmed services will apply as per the supplier's policy.
- Price Revision: Package prices are based on current airfare, exchange rates, taxes, and supplier rates. Any increase before the final payment due to airfare revisions, currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, or government taxes shall be borne by the traveller.
- No Refund for Unused Services: No refund will be provided for any unused accommodation, meals, sightseeing, transfers, or any other services voluntarily not availed by the traveller.
- Force Majeure: No refund shall be applicable for cancellations or interruptions caused by natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, strikes, airline disruptions, or any other force majeure events. Any additional costs arising from such events shall be borne by the traveller.
