Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 Arrival in Nairobi

Arrive at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, where you will be transferred to your hotel in Nairobi.
Check in and relax at the hotel.
Dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2 Nairobi to Tsavo East National Park

You will have an early breakfast and depart for Tsavo East, approximately a 4-5 hour drive.
Arrive at the hotel in time for lunch.
Check in, and later in the evening, you will have an evening game drive to spot wildlife.
Dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3 Tsavo East National Park

Enjoy an early morning game drive.
Return to the hotel for breakfast.
Visit either Tsavo East Mudanda Rock or the Yatta Plateau.
Have lunch at the camp.
Relax with options such as swimming in the pool or taking a nature walk.
In the evening, there will be an optional game drive.
Meals included: lunch and dinner.
Overnight stay at the camp.

Day 4 Tsavo East to Diani

You will have breakfast and then check out.
You will be transferred to Diani Beach, approximately a 2-3 hour drive.
Check in at the hotel and then have lunch.
In the evening, you will enjoy beach activities such as swimming and sandcastle building.
Dinner and overnight stay.

Day 5 Diani Beach

You will have breakfast before heading to the beach for water sports or relaxing by the shore.
Lunch will be served at the hotel.
Later in the evening, you will visit the Diani Beach Art Gallery or take a nature walk in the nearby forest while enjoying the sunset.
Dinner and overnight stay included.

Day 6 Diani Beach

Have your breakfast.
Optional day trip to Wasini Island for snorkeling or dolphin watching.
Enjoy a picnic lunch on Wasini Island.
Return to Diani Beach for relaxation in the afternoon.
Evening activities include family games or a beach bonfire.
Dinner and overnight stay.

Day 7 Departure

You will have breakfast.
Check out from the hotel.
You will be transferred to Nairobi, approximately an 8-hour drive.
You will be transferred to the airport for departure.

I had the pleasure of visiting Ammodump Kwenia Eco Lodge organised by safiri nasi. The tented accommodation are unique and offers stunning views of the surrounding landscape. I particularly enjoyed F (Read More)arm visit, hiking, Quad bike riding, gun shooting experience which provided a thrilling adventure amidst the beautiful scenery. The lodge itself had a peaceful and secluded atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring a comfortability to everyone. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Ammodump Kwenia Eco Lodge and would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a unique and unforgettable escape in nature. Eliud at Safiri Nasi provided travel services to us to add to both the front and back end of our work trip to Kenya. With Safiri Nasi, we visited Nakuru and Naivasha National Parks, staying at the fa (Read More)bulous Sopa Lodges, and then at the end of our trip, we traveled from Mombasa to Diani Beach and visited Kisite Mpunguti Marine Park. Eliud arranged and provided all required flights, drivers, lodging and activities with diligence and care, seamlessly coordinating with our work schedule.
