A big thank you to David for organizing such a wonderful trip with every arrangement absolutely top-notch. From planning to execution, everything was seamless, well-managed, and thoughtfully taken care of, making the entire experience truly memorable. Special appreciation for the cab driver Devender arranged by him—he was professional, polite, punctual, and made the journey extremely comfortable (Read More)and enjoyable. Trip to Shillong

We had booked a Shimla–Manali package through Mr. David, who made several promises regarding 3-star hotel accommodations and quality services. However, our experience was completely different from what was assured. In Shimla, although the hotel staff was polite, the hotel was located deep inside a jungle/isolated area. We were the only guests staying there, which made the situation extremely un (Read More)safe and uncomfortable, especially my wife is travelling with me. Staying in such a secluded place without other guests or proper surroundings felt highly insecure. In Manali, the hotel services were very poor. The room did not have a smart TV, there was no heater provided, and even the basic TV had no working channels. We were charged extra for almost every basic facility, which should ideally be included in the package. We had no issues with the driver’s behavior, as he was polite and well-mannered. However, despite paying the full amount for the package, he chose unsafe and unfamiliar routes late at night, seemingly to avoid toll taxes. This made us feel very unsafe during the journey Overall, the experience did not match the promises made at the time of booking. We are highly disappointed and would not recommend this service to anyone.
