- 60+ days before departure: 90% refund.
- 30–59 days before departure: 50% refund.
- 15–29 days before departure: 25% refund.
- Less than 15 days before departure or no-show: No refund.
- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
- Refunds are processed within 14–30 business days using the original payment method.
- Bank fees, transaction charges, and any non-refundable third-party costs (such as park permits) may be deducted where applicable.
- We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations and travel disruptions.
