If the Client cancels your Holiday, you or any member of your party may cancel their travel arrangements at any time. Written notification or an email to that effect from the person who made the booking must be received at our office. The cancellation charges applicable are as per the published cancellation policy below
If cancelled 30 days or more before departure, 25% of the total package price would be retained as the cancellation fee If cancelled 29 to 15 days before departure: 45% of the total package price would be retained as the cancellation fee
If cancelled 15 to 10 days before departure: 80% of the total package price would be retained as the cancellation fee
If cancelled 10 days or less before departure, 100% of the total package price would be retained as the cancellation fee
No shows (Not informed): 100% of the package price would be retained as a cancellation fee.
Cancellation amount/charges will be calculated as per the total booking amount, irrespective of whether the full booking amount has been paid or not.
For Flights/Trains/Buses, the cancellation will be as per the cancellation policy of Airlines/Train/Transport respectively, where Convenience fees and discounts are non- refundable
