- Less than 07 Days before travel / No Show: 100% cancellation charges (No Refund)

- No refund for unused services, early checkout, or no-show
- Peak season bookings (long weekends, snowfall dates, holidays) may be non-refundable
- Flight/train cancellation as per airline/railway policy
- In case of snowfall, road blockage, or landslide, no refund will be provided, but alternate arrangements will be assisted
- Rohtang Pass/Atal Tunnel permits, once booked, are non-refundable
- Refund (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days
- Amendment / Rescheduling
- Date change will be treated as cancellation + new booking
- Subject to availability and additional charges
- Force Majeure Clause
- Cancellations due to weather conditions (snowfall, landslides)
- Political disturbances/strikes
- Natural disasters/road closures
- No refund in such cases, but full support will be provided.
