- If cancellation is made 30 days prior to departure, 40% of the tour cost will be deducted.
- If cancellation is made between 30 to 15 days prior to departure, 70% of the tour cost will be deducted.
- If cancellation is made 15 days or fewer prior to departure, 100% of the tour cost will be deducted.
- In the event of a passenger being a no-show at the time of departure, 100% of the tour cost will be deducted.
- If canceled after paying the booking amount, the amount will be forfeited.
- If the plan is canceled due to unavailability, the cancellation will be subject to the policy. (Rooms in the hotel are subject to availability at the time of confirmation payment, and it takes 24-48 hours to receive confirmation from the resort or hotel.)
- 100% of the amount must be paid in advance for flight tickets to issue them. If the flight fare increases or decreases at the time of payment, the difference will be borne by the client. If you need to cancel the booked flights, it will depend entirely on the airline's cancellation policy.
