- Cancellations between 16 to 30 days before the start date will incur a retention charge of 35% of the tour cost.
- Cancellations between 10 to 15 days before the start date will incur a retention charge of 50% of the tour cost.
- No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments, sightseeing tours, or any other service due to bad weather, ill health, strikes, roadblocks, or any other factors beyond our control.
