I was a bit hesitant to book with Samson Safaris at first due to some mixed reviews online, but they truly exceeded my expectations. There was a minor issue with the accommodation, but they handled it (Read More) quickly and even upgraded me to a luxury camp at no extra cost. I had an amazing time in the Maasai Mara and Nairobi—everything was well organized and memorable. I'm really glad I chose them!

I didn’t even make it to booking a safari because the experience leading up to it was enough to put me off. Communication was slow, prices kept changing, and I got pushy WhatsApp messages telling me t (Read More)o cancel my online booking and pay them directly. Very unprofessional, if this is how they handle inquiries, I can’t imagine what the actual safari would be like.

Samson Safaris asked me to cancel my online booking and send money directly to them “to save on fees.” It felt shady, but I trusted them. Big mistake. After paying, communication dropped, and I got do (Read More)wngraded to a camp far below what I was promised. It’s hard not to call that fraud

Booked a 3-day Maasai Mara safari with Samson Safaris and it was a huge letdown. Pickup was late, the van broke down and the “mid-range lodge” I paid for turned out to be a basic budget tent with no h (Read More)ot water. The driver rushed through game drives, ignored requests to slow down, and even argued with guests. No bottled water, poor meals and a stressful ride back to Nairobi. What should have been a dream trip was frustrating from start to finish. Definitely not recommended.
