- Please note that the Dzire cab does not have a luggage carrier on top. Luggage must be adjusted accordingly within the vehicle's dikki (rear trunk).
- The rate is applicable for a minimum of 4 persons traveling together in a 4-seater Cab Sedan/Dzire. Rates will be adjusted accordingly for any increase or decrease in the number of guests or any change in cab type.
- Hotels are based on availability at the time of booking . In case of unavailability alternative options will be provided with revised costs if any .
- Natural Calamities: In the event of closures due to natural calamities or government guidelines, we are not responsible, and the booking will be non-refundable.
- Landslides/Rerouting: If routes change due to landslides or government guidelines, any additional costs incurred must be paid by the guest at the point of change.
- Unforeseen Expenses: Costs arising from natural calamities such as landslides, road blockages, political disturbances, etc., are to be borne by the client and payable on the spot.

- Cancellation Policy:
- 60% Fee: Charged on the total package if cancellation occurs from booking to 2 months before arrival.
- 85% Fee: Charged on the total package for cancellations from 30 to 15 days before arrival.
- No Refund: No refund for cancellations or no-shows within 15 days of arrival.
