- Additional sightseeing or changes requested during the tour will incur extra charges.

- Guests are responsible for the safety of their personal belongings throughout the tour.
- Any damage caused to hotel property or the vehicle by the guest will be charged directly to the guest.
- Full payment must be completed before the start of the tour unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- All disputes, if any, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir only.
- Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email or WhatsApp.
- The cancellation date will be considered from the date the request is received.
- Cancellation charges are as follows:
- 30 days or more before arrival: 10% of the total package cost will be charged.
- 15–29 days before arrival: 25% of the total package cost will be charged.
- 7–14 days before arrival: 50% of the total package cost will be charged.
- Less than 7 days before arrival / No Show / Early Departure: 100% of the total package cost will be charged.
- Hotel bookings, flights, train tickets, gondola tickets, permits, and other non-refundable services will be cancelled according to the respective supplier's cancellation policy.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–14 working days after deducting applicable cancellation charges.
- No refund will be provided for unused services, missed sightseeing, late arrivals, or early departures after the tour has commenced.
- In case of flight cancellations, road closures, natural calamities, adverse weather, strikes, government restrictions, or any force majeure event, refunds will be subject to the policies of the respective hotels, transport providers, and other service partners.
- Any applicable bank charges, payment gateway fees, or transaction charges may be deducted from the refundable amount.
- The company reserves the right to modify this cancellation policy without prior notice whenever necessary.

If pkg would have inform us before that reaching gulmarg sonmarg and pahalgam, y (Read More)ou have to book local cars would have been better. We could have bargain with them. Since our guide tour man also did not inform..pahalgam you did inform but in sonmarg we were cheated with almost Rs 2000/ .

MS Aafreen madam arranged our tour itin (Read More)erary very well and coordinate with them at any time.Mr Asim MD of velmora holidays is very good and kind person and arranged hotels and.super boat house.we will again book only velmora holidays in fucture and recommended to all.
As for as food concern it is better to arrange south Indian food that's all.
