• Vehicle usage is strictly as per the itinerary and not at disposal.
• Sightseeing may be adjusted due to weather, road conditions, traffic, or operational requirements.
• Hotel rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking. Similar category hotels may be provided if required.
• Rates are subject to change without prior notice until the booking is confirmed.
• Extra meals and services not mentioned in the inclusions will be charged additionally.
• Guests are advised to carry warm clothing, comfortable walking shoes, sunscreen, sunglasses, and personal medications.
• Any damage caused to hotel property or vehicle during the tour will be chargeable directly to the guest.
• Drivers are not guides; local guides can be arranged at an additional cost if required.
• Requests for early check-in, late check-out, adjoining rooms, or specific room preferences are subject to hotel availability.

Cancellation Policy

• More than 30 days prior to departure: 10% cancellation charges
• 15–30 days prior to departure: 25% cancellation charges
• 07–14 days prior to departure: 50% cancellation charges
• 03–06 days prior to departure: 75% cancellation charges
• Within 72 hours of departure or No Show: 100% cancellation charges
• No refund for unused services, missed sightseeing, or early departure.
• Flight, train, visa, insurance, and permit charges (if booked) will be refunded as per supplier policies.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 10–15 working days from the date of cancellation.
• Any cancellation due to natural calamities, road closures, weather conditions, government restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances will be subject to hotel and transport provider policies.

Guest-Friendly Cancellation Benefit:
One complimentary date change is permitted up to 15 days before departure, subject to hotel and transport availability and any applicable rate differences.
