Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 NJP Station/ IXB Airport – Gangtok

Upon arrival at Bagdogra Airport, meet and greet.
Transfer to Gangtok (5,480 ft.), the capital of the state of Sikkim.
Gangtok is an attractive tourist destination, reflecting a unique ambiance derived from its happy blend of tradition and modernity.
Alongside the deeply felt presence of stupas and monasteries, Gangtok also bustles like any other thriving town.
Check in to the hotel and enjoy the rest of the day at leisure.
Shop around at M.G. Marg and explore the city on your own.
Enjoy an overnight stay in Gangtok.

Day 2 Half-day Trip to Tsomgo Lake

This morning starts with a half-day trip to Tsomgo Lake (12,400 ft), which is only 32 km from Gangtok city.
The lake is approximately 1 km long and 15 meters deep.
The lake is considered sacred by the local people.
Further, we will visit the Baba Harbhajan Singh Mandir, located 12 km from the lake.
In the evening, there will be a transfer back to Gangtok for shopping and individual activities.
Overnight stay in Gangtok.
In case of bad weather conditions, landslides, or political movements, if Tsomgo Lake is closed, we will provide you with alternate sightseeing options.

Day 3 Gangtok - Pelling

After having breakfast, transfer to Pelling.
Check in at your hotel.
Overnight stay in Pelling.

the only downside was that some of the transportation arrangements were a bit late, which caused minor delays..
