Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 Port Arthur and Tasmania Devils
  • Arrive in Hobart and Head to Tasmana Pensusiala- Australia's highest seacliffs
  • Hike through the track to explore Pirates Bay, Waterfall Bay, Tasman Arch and Devil’s Kitchen.
  • Next visit the Tasmanian Devil Unzoo.
  • Visit the Port Arthur Historic Site. The entry also includes a complimentary Harbour Cruise around the Isle of the Dead. 
  • After visiting the site head back to Hobart and overnight stay at the hotel.
  • Drive through the seaside towns of Orford and Swansea towards the world famous Freycinet National Park.
  • Visit the Freycinet National Park. In the visit to the park you can visit Wingless Bay lookout for the mesmerising views of the Wingless Bay or relax at the beach of the Wingless Bay beach.
  • You have time to go for a swim, eat lunch or relax at the beach.
  • Visit the Cape Tourville lighthouse to enjoy stunning views of the Tasman Sea, Hazards Mountains and Wineglass Bay.
  • Later head to Launceston.
  • Overnight stay at Launceston.
  • After departing from Launceston, visit the town of Sheffield known as the town of murals. 
  • Further continue for a 5 hour walking tour of Dove lake and Cradle mountain.
  • Take a short walk to Rainforest city.
  • Walk along the Dove lake Circuit which takes about 2 hours.
  • Then take a more active walk to Marion’s Lookout which offers 360 degree views from the top.
  • Enjoy lunch by a stream.
  • Enjoy photography at the scenic place
  • Later head back to Launceston 
  • Overnight at Launceston
  • Head to Habort to catch your flight back home.
