Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 Arrival at Port Blair + Jail + Carbyn's Cove Beach + Light and Sound Show

After check-in at the hotel and a brief relaxation, the tour begins with a breathtaking trip to the City Tour in and around Carbyn's Cove Beach, one of the most picturesque, coconut palm-fringed beaches, located 7 km away from Port Blair town, ideal for swimming and sunbathing.
Later, you will visit the jail.
In the evening, move towards the Cellular Jail to experience the history of the heroic freedom struggle brought to life in a moving Light & Sound Show.
Overnight stay at the respective hotel or resort in Port Blair.

Day 2 Havelock Island – Radhanagar Beach + Kalapathar Beach

Early morning by 7:00 AM, we will depart for Havelock Island (packed breakfast).
On arrival at Havelock Island by 10:00 AM, our envoy will receive you at the harbor.
Check in at the hotel and relax.
After lunch, enjoy your outing at the world-famous Radhanagar Beach (Asia?s 7th most beautiful beach).
Go for a swimming session or simply enjoy the beauty of the beach with a sandy walk.
Later, visit Kalapathar Beach.
Overnight stay at the respective hotel or resort in Havelock.

Day 3 Excursion to Elephant Beach + Return Back to Port Blair

After breakfast, the vehicle will transfer you to the jetty, and by boat, we will proceed to the beautiful Elephant Beach.
Elephant Beach: Considered one of the unique beaches located on Havelock Island, Elephant Beach is untouched by commercialism and boasts an environment that exudes a peaceful ambiance.
Popular for snorkeling, Elephant Beach features some of the vibrant coral reefs on the island.
In the evening, you will return to Port Blair.
Overnight stay at Port Blair.

Day 4 Departure from Port Blair

After breakfast, check out of the hotel.
Proceed to the airport with fond memories of Andaman.

FOR TRIPS/ACTIVITIES:

Please Note: Any additional trips not mentioned in the itinerary will require on-the-spot payment. No vehicle will be at disposal.
5% of the total booking amount will be charged as a cancellation fee anytime after the booking is placed.
25% cancellation fee for cancellations received less than 7 days before the trip.
50% cancellation fee for cancellations received less than 120 hours before the trip.
No refund for cancellations received less than 72 hours before the trip.
300 Rupees cancellation fee applicable per cancellation for the ferry ticket.
For any unused trip or cancellation of a trip, an alternate trip will be provided, but no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

FOR HOTELS

Cancellation will be as per hotel policy; we do not charge any extra. Usually, the hotel cancellation policy at the islands is as follows:
Please Note: Any changes requested by customers after arrival at the hotel will be borne by the customer. Ocean Blue Vijaya Puram will not be liable to pay the difference at any hotel under any circumstances.
If cancelled from 0 to 7 days before the check-in date, 100% of the booking amount will be charged.
If cancelled from 7 to 20 days before the check-in date, 50% of the booking amount will be charged.
If cancelled from 20 to 30 days before the check-in date, 25% of the booking amount will be charged.
If cancelled 30 days or more before the check-in date, 15% of the booking amount will be charged.
No refund for cancellations received on bookings from December 15 to January 15.
No refunds for unused nights or early check-out.
The hotel is not responsible for room cancellations due to flight or ferry cancellations.
The hotel is not responsible for cancellation of reservations due to climatic changes.
The above cancellation policy is indicative; the actual cancellation policy will be conveyed depending on the hotel.
Any changes in the hotel after arrival at Port Blair will have to be borne by the guest.

PEAK TIME

In the Andaman Islands, there is a peak season from December 15 to January 15.
During this time, NO cancellations are allowed. This applies to all hotels, activities, ferry, and transport. In such cases, the entire booking amount will be retained.
We understand this may seem unreasonable; however, due to the high influx of travelers and minimal availability of hotels, activities, transport, and ferries, such measures are necessary. Thank you for your cooperation.

FOR PACKAGES WITH FLIGHT

For our limited-edition tour packages with flight:
No refund if the flight is cancelled, delayed, or rescheduled.
No refund for cancellation of flight tickets at any time after the booking is made.
No refund for the trip due to delay, cancellation, or rescheduling of flight timings. However, if the guest manages to arrive at their own cost, the trip can proceed as per the agreed itinerary. No refund will be given for any missed days.
For all other flight packages, if the company does not receive the tour cancellation amount, the company reserves the right to recover the amount after cancelling the flight ticket of passengers.

FOR ALL OTHER TRAVEL PACKAGES (HONEYMOON, ADVENTURE, FAMILY, AND CUSTOMIZED)

Rescheduling charges of INR 1500 per person will be charged only on a single occasion. After that, no rescheduling will be done, and the traveler will have to cancel and rebook the entire trip. However, in special cases, rescheduling charges of INR 2800 per person will be charged at the sole discretion of the management. Ocean Blue Vijaya Puram will not be responsible for any monetary losses arising due to rescheduling or cancellation of tour packages.
Cancellation charge of Rupees 3500 per person is applicable anytime after the booking is confirmed.
No refund if cancellation is received less than 20 days before arrival.
75% of the total package amount is applicable if cancellation is received between 11 and 20 days before arrival.
50% of the total package amount is applicable if cancellation is received between 21 and 30 days before arrival.
All refunds will be processed within, but not limited to, 30 days of cancellation of service. Refunds will be provided by whatever means feasible to Ocean Blue Vijaya Puram.
LEGAL ASPECT: Any monetary dispute arising during or after the tour will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Calcutta High Court, Port Blair Branch.
NON-ARRIVAL TO THE HOTEL (NO SHOW): In case of non-arrival or no show, the entire reservation will be auto-cancelled, and no refund will be issued.
OUR LIABILITY: We do not accept liability or pay compensation for any loss, damage, or expense where the performance or prompt performance of our obligations is prevented or affected by reasons such as war or threat of war, riots, civil strife, terrorist activity, industrial action, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, closure of airports or ports, technical problems with transport, governmental action, and all other similar events.
FORCE MAJEURE: There can be exceptional circumstances where Ocean Blue Vijaya Puram and/or the service providers may be unable to honor confirmed bookings due to various reasons like acts of God, labor unrest, insolvency, business exigencies, government decisions, terrorist activity, operational and technical issues, route and flight cancellations, or any other reason beyond the control of Ocean Blue Vijaya Puram.
If Ocean Blue Vijaya Puram has advance knowledge of any such situations where dishonor of bookings may happen, it will make its best efforts to provide a similar alternative to the user or refund the booking amount after deducting applicable service charges, if supported and refunded by the respective service operators.

Cancellation Policy

Please find the cancellation policy below.

Please Note: No cancellation requests will be accepted on Sundays, public holidays, or after office hours. If a cancellation request is sent after office hours, it will be considered the next day.

IF LOCKDOWN IMPOSED / TESTED COVID POSITIVE BEFORE TRAVEL

Credit notes are a flexibility provided to customers who fall under the cancellation window and can be exempted from cancellation charges by taking a credit note for future travel to Andaman. Additionally, one-time rescheduling will be provided, which will be valid for 6 months; after that, no rescheduling will be entertained.
Credit notes will be provided to customers whose state/city/town has imposed a lockdown or if the destination city is under lockdown, after deducting charges of 2000 per person.
Credit notes will be provided to customers who have tested positive after deducting charges of 2000 per person.
Credit notes provided can only be used by the customer. Necessary reports/documents must be submitted to avail the credit note. The management of ?Ocean Blue Vijaya Puram? reserves the right to accept or deny the documents provided by the customer.
The credit note will be provided to all customers who fall under the cancellation policy.
The credit note validity will be applicable for 6 months from the time the credit note has been provided.
For Sea Shell Hotel, only rescheduling is available as per the policy of Sea Shell Hotels & Resorts. Ocean Blue Vijaya Puram will not be responsible for any loss of money while booking with Sea Shell Hotels and Resorts.

FOR FERRY:

5% of the total booking amount will be charged as cancellation anytime after the order is placed.
300 Rupees cancellation/rescheduling fee applicable for each person for each side.
25% cancellation fee for cancellations received less than 7 days before travel.
50% cancellation fee for cancellations received less than 120 hours before travel.
No refund for cancellations received less than 72 hours before travel.
For ferry refunds in case of a non-functional private ferry, a government ferry will be provided, and refunds will be processed as decided by the management.
