• Booking Terms & Conditions:-
•  Passports should be valid for more than 06 months from the date of travel.
• The above is only a quote and no bookings have been made as yet.
• All service confirmations are subject to availability at the time of booking.
• The above quotation has been based on specific hotels. In case the hotel rooms are not available as specified above, then alternate hotels will be suggested. The difference in cost will be borne by the traveler.
• Peak Season / Weekend Surcharges may be applicable at the time of confirmation for travel during peak travel season.
• For Airport pick and drop transfers between 2300 Hrs - 0700 hrs, surcharges will be applicable.
• All Room type (double or twin bed) is on request basis subject to availability upon check-in.
• Hotel Rates Rate may change any time.
• We advise you to check reviews and location of hotels mentioned to make sure it is as per your preferences before confirming the package.
• Rates are valid for Indian Passport Holder only
• Any extra bed/breakfast for kids which is not mentioned has to be paid directly by guest as per the hotel policy
• Confirmation of the services may take upto 48 hours after receiving the Initial payment.
• Additional cost arising due to mishaps, political unrest, natural calamities like - landslides, road blockage, etc. is not included, in such case extra charges will have to be paid on the spot by the guest directly.
• Personal expenses such as laundry, bottled water, soft drinks, incidentals, porter charges, tips etc. are not included.
• Final vouchers will be provided after the full payment of the trip.
• Any changes in the air tickets after issuance will attract additional charges, which needs to be borne by the traveler.
• All online payments by Credit or Debit cards will attract surcharges, please check with our team for the surcharges applicable.
• We are not responsible for any visa rejection & visa delays and visa fess is non refundable.
• Gratutity will be paid direct by the client at the time of bill settelement in Genting Cruise / Star Cruise.
• Please note that 'Day at Leisure' essentially implies that no sightseeing activities have been included for that day.
• Kindly be on time for your activities, tours and transfers. Most countries are quite strict about following a schedule.
• Standard check-in time at the hotel is normally 2:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am. An early check-in, or a late check-out is solely based on the discretion of the hotel.
• In case the selected hotel is unavailable for booking, an alternate arrangement will be offered to the customer in another hotel of a similar category.
• Certain hotels abroad may ask for a security deposit during check-in, which is refundable at check-out subject to the hotel’s policy.
• Please note that these packages are customizable, which means that you will be able to make changes to the itinerary/activity if you so desire. The final payment will be calculated as per the activities reflecting on the website which will be outlined in the confirmatory e-mail sent to you.
• Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar etc., are not included.
• In case your package needs to be cancelled due to any natural calamity, weather conditions etc. We shall strive to give you the maximum possible refund subject to the agreement made with our trade partners/vendors
• If payment is not made as per the schedule provided in the first invoice e-mail, we reserves the right to cancel the booking after attempting to get in touch with you. Refunds would be as per the package cancellation policy.

Terms & Condition:-

Hotel & Land part cancellation:-

• 30 days prior to the arrival date – No Cancellation.
• Within 29 days prior to arrival date - 50% cancellation charges
• Within 15 days prior to arrival date – 75% cancellation charges.
• Within 07 days prior to arrival date – 100% cancellation charges.
• In case of NO SHOW, the hotel shall be entitled to claim full compensation for services ordered up to a maximum of 7 nights.

 Air ticket Cancellation:-

•  Air ticket cancellation is as per the airline cancellation policy and INR 1000 extra as service charge.

 Trip Cancellation:-

• We will charge INR 10,000/- per person as service charges on cancellation of the trip at any stage after confirmation and rest cancellations of land part and flight will remain same as per the policy.
