Have breakfast in the morning at your Hotel within Nairobi City Centre then join the rest of the group in Nairobi City Market and travel through the Great Rift Valley with a brief stopover at the view point, then proceed to Kenya’s premier wildlife reserve, Masai Mara with its amazing concentration of wildlife and outstanding scenery.
Get settled at your budget safari camp then start with a late afternoon wildlife viewing drive in the finest game sanctuary in Kenya, noted for its big numbers of lions. The varied wildlife and natural environment come together to provide a spectacular safari experience. Drive back to the camp for Dinner and overnight.
Meal Plan: Lunch and Dinner
Set off early for a morning game drive to witness the animal kingdom at its most active hour. Search for the park’s large populations of wildebeest, rhinoceros, buffalos, lions, leopards, elephants, hippos, cheetahs, zebras, impalas, gazelles, hartebeests, warthogs, ostriches, topis and Masai giraffes.
Like in the Serengeti in Tanzania, the wildebeest are the dominant inhabitant of the Masai Mara, and their numbers are estimated in millions. If you are lucky you may witness wildebeest crossings which happens from July to September. Dinner and overnight at the basic camp.

On this days you will get a chance to choose optional activities like Balloon safari or visit Masai Village before you depart Masai Mara with lunch en-route. You will arrive in Nairobi in the afternoon or early evening depending on traffic. If you must take a flight home the same day we recommend you book a flight beyond 2000hr GMT +3 since sometimes traffic is too slow and you may miss your flight.
