Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 Nairobi – Samburu National Park

Pick up from the airport.
Drive north past Nanyuki and the beautiful farmlands of Timau.
Stop in Nanyuki to purchase breakfast and snacks.
Arrive in time for lunch.
Afternoon game drive in the park.
Meals included: Lunch and Dinner.
Dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2 Samburu National Park

After breakfast, you will depart for a full day of game viewing in the park.
This park is home to a wide variety of wildlife, including lions, elephants, and giraffes.
You will have a packed lunch in the park.
Exit the park at 4 PM and return to the lodge.
Meals included: breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Dinner and an overnight stay at the lodge.

Day 3 Samburu National Park - Lake Nakuru National Park

Enjoy an early morning breakfast.
Depart for Nakuru with a brief stop in Nanyuki to purchase snacks.
Stop at the Great Rift Valley before arriving in time for lunch.
In the evening, enjoy a game drive in the park.
Meals included: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner.
Dinner and overnight stay.

Day 4 Explore Lake Nakuru National Park

After breakfast, you will depart for a full day of game viewing in the park.
Lake Nakuru National Park is renowned for the thousands of flamingos that inhabit its shores.
The park is home to many endangered species, including black and white rhinos, Rothschild giraffes, and elusive leopards, all of which are frequently spotted during game drives.
You may also encounter buffalo, lions, zebras, waterbucks, gazelles, impalas, hyrax, and hippos.
A packed lunch will be provided at the park.
You will exit the park at 4 PM and return to the lodge.

Day 5 Lake Nakuru National Park - Masai Mara National Park

After breakfast, depart from Nakuru and proceed via Narok to Masai Mara in time for lunch.
Spend the afternoon relaxing at the hotel to recover from fatigue.
Enjoy an evening game drive in Masai Mara.
Return for dinner and overnight stay at the lodge.

Day 6 Full Day Masai Mara National Park Game Drive

In the evening, drive back to the lodge, hoping to catch a magical sunset.

Day 11 Lake Naivasha - Nairobi

After breakfast, check out of the lodge before 10:00 AM.
Depart for Nairobi.

Day 12 Nairobi - Departure

After breakfast, you will check out of the hotel.

I had the pleasure of visiting Ammodump Kwenia Eco Lodge organised by safiri nasi. The tented accommodation are unique and offers stunning views of the surrounding landscape. I particularly enjoyed F (Read More)arm visit, hiking, Quad bike riding, gun shooting experience which provided a thrilling adventure amidst the beautiful scenery. The lodge itself had a peaceful and secluded atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring a comfortability to everyone. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Ammodump Kwenia Eco Lodge and would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a unique and unforgettable escape in nature. Eliud at Safiri Nasi provided travel services to us to add to both the front and back end of our work trip to Kenya. With Safiri Nasi, we visited Nakuru and Naivasha National Parks, staying at the fa (Read More)bulous Sopa Lodges, and then at the end of our trip, we traveled from Mombasa to Diani Beach and visited Kisite Mpunguti Marine Park.
