- The paid balance amount will be retained as credit with the company for a period of 6 months and can be applied to a future tour.
- If the tour is cancelled 20 days prior to the tour commencement, a cancellation charge of 20% of the total tour cost will apply.
- If the tour is cancelled within 10 days of the tour start date, the booking amount will be non-refundable, and any hotel advance paid will also be non-refundable, in accordance with the hotel and service provider policies.
