1. Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy

• A minimum deposit of 30% of the booking value is required for booking confirmation. This amount may vary based on the tour and will be communicated prior to booking.
• A booking confirmation email and voucher will be sent once your booking is accepted, forming a contract from the date of the confirmation.
• Details of the balance payment and its due date will be mentioned in your booking voucher. If the balance is not paid by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel your booking.
• A booking is only valid once a confirmation voucher is issued, not upon payment of the deposit alone.
• Services will be provided as per the final booking confirmation voucher.
• Cancellation Charges (on the amount paid):

1. 45% if cancelled 60–45 days prior to arrival
2. 60% if cancelled 44–30 days prior to arrival
3. 100% if cancelled within 30 days prior to arrival or within 24 hours

2. Changes to Your Booking
If you wish to change your itinerary after confirmation, we’ll try our best to accommodate it based on availability. Additional charges may apply. Standard cancellation fees apply for postponements.

3. Methods of Payment
Payments can be made via:

• Electronic transfer (RTGS/NEFT)
• Net Banking through selected banks
• Online payment gateway using Visa or MasterCard
