Detailed Itinerary
- Drive to Barkot via Dehradun and Mussoorie.
- En route, visit Kempty Fall and other attractions.
- Drive straight to your hotel for an overnight stay.
- Drive to Jankichatti/Phoolchatti.
- Trek to Yamunotri (6 km).
- You can choose to walk, ride a horse, or use a Doli at your own cost.
- At Yamunotri, you can cook rice in the hot water of the kund and take it home as 'Prasad'.
- After taking a bath in Jamunabai Kund and having 'Darshan' of Yamunaji, return to Jankichatti.
- Drive back to Barkot for an overnight stay.
- Drive to Uttarkashi.
- Check in to the hotel.
- Visit Vishwanath Temple in the evening.
- Overnight stay at Uttarkashi.
- Proceed to Gangotri (3048 meters), enjoying picturesque views of Harsil village and the Bhagirathi River.
- After Gangotri Darshan, return to Uttarkashi for an overnight stay.
- Early morning drive directly to Guptkashi.
