• 21+ Days before arrival: 30% to confirm booking, 40% on arrival, 30% two days before end of package
• 10–20 Days before arrival: 40% to confirm booking, 40% on arrival, 20% two days before end
• 7 Days before arrival: 50% to confirm booking, 20% on arrival, 30% two days before end

General Terms:

• Package can be amended based on request and availability; additional charges may apply
• Hotels are subject to availability
• No refund/cancellation for events beyond control such as weather, landslides, strikes, etc.
• No refund for unused services (accommodation, meals, transfers, etc.)
• AC will be switched off in hill areas
• Vehicles operate strictly on a point-to-point basis as per itinerary
• The company is not liable for any cab/bus cancellations due to weather or road issues
• Extra nights due to unforeseen delays will be chargeable
