Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 Arrival in Sri Lanka and Transfer to Kandy

When you arrive at the airport in Sri Lanka, you will be received by one of the representatives. We will ensure your smooth road transfer to Kandy.

On the way Stops :

Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage. (Where 78 elephants are orphaned).
Mawanella brick bridge (The 100-Year-old bridge built by British colonials).
Spice Garden.
In the afternoon, have lunch and check in to the hotel and rest.
Kadugannawa View Point.
Railway Museum.
Check in to Hotel In the evening :
Walk around Kandy Lake to enjoy the Kandy city climate.
Watch a Kandy Cultural dance at 5.00 PM.

Day 2 Kandy Sightseeing

Botanical Garden (a pleasure garden of a Kandyan King of the 16th Century and attracts 2 million visitors annually. Later, it was made into a Botanical Garden during the British).
City Center Shopping Mall.
Visit Dalada Maligava (Temple of the tooth)
Gem shop and museum.
Souvenir shop, Silk Garden.
Kandy Market.
Woodcraft shop.

Day 3 Traveling to Nuwara Eliya

After breakfast, travel to Nuwara Eliya, it’s a 2h 27 min drive (75.6 km).

On the way to Nuwara Eliya, visit:

Tea factory
Ramboda waterfalls.
After lunch, check in to the hotel and rest.

In the evening,

Visit Victoria Park,
Take a Horse ride,
Visit Gregory lake
Visit Tea Factory.

Day 4 Nuwara Eliya Sightseeing

After having breakfast visit some important places in Nuwara Eliya In the morning,

Visit Ambewela New Zealand farm.
Visit Snowberry farm.
Visit Seetha Eliya (The area where Rawana hid Seetha)
Visit Seetha Amman Temple.
Visit Shanthipura View Point.

Day 5 Traveling to Bentota

Bentota is a beach city full of activities. Water sports, watching sea turtles hatch and boat ride in Madu River are the best activities in Bentota.
In the evening

Watch sea turtles hatch.
Boat ride in Madu River. In the evening
Do some water sports and enjoy the sunset on Bentota Beach.

Day 6 Transferring to Colombo

At Colombo Visit the following Places

Colombo City tour.
Galle Face Green Beach. (Best place to taste Sri Lankan street food hygienically).
Colombo twin towers.
Vihara Mahadevi Park.
Town Hall.
Independence Square.

Day 7 Departure

Do last-minute shopping and transfer to the airport for departure.

Vikky Sir, has assisted us during our visit for a week, our itinerary was well planned and selections of the place and interest to visit was very encouraging. Vikky worked as a true gem for complete travel duration took us to all the main points of interest we wanted to visit during our stay, He is very trustworthy and professional in his work. He look after to our travel requirement and make sure we complete them as well. Another plus for his side is the punctuality, he was always their waiting for us in the morning at designated time to make sure we do not miss our day plan in a rush but with ease and enjoyment. He took us to the Tea Factory, and the experience was truly amazing visiting the tea factory and tea gardens really was one of the agenda in our tour and this was possible with Vikky’s guidance. Would like to share sincere thanks to Vikky for making our trip a wonderful visit to Sri Lanka. From my experience I can surely recommend to connect with RoundTrip Sri lanka for your next visit. The Guide cum driver Premarathna was very warm and friendly. Well maintained car (Read More). We didnt have to hurry through anywhere and remained relaxed throughout. Since we had insisted upon vegetarian food, the hotels did manage their best to provide us something palatable to us throughout. The morning breakfast tea at Bentota was the best ever we had in Sri Lanka

The Accommodation at Kandy was a huge letdown. A 20 year old building which was (Read More) under renovation and the room had lizards moving around ! The courteouness of the staff was the saving grace there. The Bentota resort though good had a lizard too in the room when we entered. fortunately the housekeeping staff removed it.

We are glad we chose Aziz Travels. This being our 1st international trip with ki (Read More)ds we had our doubts and fear. But Shali made sure he clarified all our doubts even before we left from India. In fact we paid our money to Aziz Travels only after landing in Sri Lanka. We were greeted warmly by his manager Mohamed at the airport followed by his driver Prem anna. He was the best. 5 days with his driving made us feel safe..being in a new country and high altitude roads with on n off rains..his car was jus gliding thru..and we felt safe. He made sure we covered all places in the itemary..in fact showed some places out of itenary too. Overall very happy with Aziz travels. Shali, I think you should start penetrating into other countries too.

Aziz Travel should visit/verify accommodation that they recommend, some of them (Read More) are not good , the rooms are bad . The facilities are not satisfactory

Hotel in kandy,yala were not good . The trip could be more unidirectional and go (Read More)ing criss cross could be avoided , it will bring down cost too
