Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 Arrival in Hanoi (D)
  • Upon arrival at Hanoi's Noi Bai International Airport, you will be greeted by our guide and transferred to your hotel.
  • In the late afternoon, you will visit the Lake of the Restored Sword, Ngoc Son Temple, and shop in the Old Quarter, known for its 36 streets and former craft guilds. You will also enjoy a water puppet performance, a folk art tradition unique to northern Vietnam. A welcome dinner will be provided at a local restaurant.
  • Accommodation at the hotel in Hanoi.
  • Meal: Indian Dinner
  • Following breakfast, our private bus and tour guide will pick you up from your hotel and travel to the spectacular World Heritage site of Halong Bay in the Gulf of Tonkin (approximately four hours).
  • Arrive at your jetty in Halong City around noon and proceed with check-in formalities. After your welcome onboard, lunch will be served while cruising towards the bay itself.
  • In the afternoon, enjoy some visits and/or activities (depending on each boat's itinerary) or spend some time relaxing on board.
  • Towards the end of the day, the boat will anchor for the night among the karst formations. Dinner will be served on board.
  • Overnight aboard on Halong Bay.
  • Meal: Breakfast/Vietnamese, Lunch/Vietnamese, Dinner
  • Enjoy your fresh morning in the middle of the bay as the sun rises over Halong. Breakfast (or brunch on some boats) is served while the vessel cruises slowly through the magnificent rock formations and back towards the port.
  • Disembark and transfer back to Hanoi. You will then board a flight to Ho Chi Minh City. Accommodation will be provided at a hotel in Ho Chi Minh City.
  • Meal: Breakfast: Vietnamese, Lunch: Indian, Dinner
  • After breakfast at the hotel.
  • Today you will visit the Cu Chi Underground Tunnels.
  • The Cu Chi Tunnels consist of more than 200 km of underground tunnels. This main axis system has many branches connecting to underground hideouts, shelters, and entrances to other tunnels.
  • The network includes numerous trap doors, specially constructed living areas, storage facilities, weapons factories, field hospitals, command centers, and kitchens.
  • Today, the remaining tunnels have become a major tourist attraction, providing visitors with a unique experience and a glimpse into underground life during the U.S.-Vietnam War.
  • Accommodation at a hotel in Ho Chi Minh City.
  • Meal: Breakfast/Indian Lunch/Indian Dinner
  • After breakfast, you will be taken on a city tour of Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon), including visits to the Hundred Years Red Cathedral (Notre Dame Cathedral), The Old Post Office, The People's Committee Hall, and shopping at a lacquer and handicraft center.
  • Then, you will be transferred to the airport for your flight to Siem Reap.
  • Upon arrival, you will be welcomed by your tour guide in Siem Reap and transferred to have dinner and check into your hotel. Overnight in Siem Reap!
  • Meals: Breakfast/Indian, Lunch/Indian, Dinner
  • Breakfast at the hotel.
  • Explore the South Gate of Angkor Thom, known as Big Angkor, a 3 km walled and moated royal city that was the last capital of the Angkorian Empire.
  • The famous Bayon Temple is an architectural marvel, constructed over a century in a somewhat piecemeal fashion.
  • The Terrace of the Elephants is an impressive, two-and-a-half-meter-tall, 300-meter-long terrace wall adorned with carved elephants, spanning the heart of Angkor Thom in front of Baphuon, a huge temple.
  • Visit the Royal Palace Area and Phimeanakas, an impressive sandstone pyramid.
  • The Terrace of the Leper King is located at the north end of the Terrace of the Elephants, featuring a double terrace wall with deeply carved nagas, demons, and other mythological beings.
  • Visit Ta Prohm Temple, a wonderful combination of human genius and natural beauty, where giant trees have grown for centuries. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant.
  • In the afternoon, visit Angkor Wat Temple, founded by Suryavarman II, who reigned Cambodia from 1113 to 1152. The temple, built in the 12th century, is dedicated to the Hindu God Vishnu and is an ancient masterpiece of architectural design and construction.
  • Visit Pre Rup Temple for a romantic sunset view.
  • Enjoy a fun time at bars and pubs at the Angkor Night Market.
  • Overnight in Siem Reap.
  • Meal:Breakfast/Indian, Lunch/Indian and Dinner
  • Breakfast at the hotel.
  • Free leisure time on your own arrangement until the transfer time to the airport for your onward flight.
  • On the way, if there is time, we will visit Puok, the original place of the Artisans d'Angkor silk, where you will see the full process of silk production, from the silk worms munching on the Mulberry leaves to spinning their cocoons, which are used to make silk warp.
  • You will also see the weaving work and have the opportunity to purchase high-quality silk products as beautiful Cambodian souvenirs.
  • Straight to Siem Reap airport for your departure!
