Detailed Itinerary
Day 1 Arrive in Nairobi
- On arrival at Nairobi International airport, meet the representative and transfer to the hotel.
- The rest of the day is free for leisure.
- Overnight in Nairobi.
Day 2 Nairobi - Masai Mara National Reserve
- This morning, drive past the Grift Rift Valley and head to the Masai Mara National reserve.
- Masai Mara game reserve is Kenya's finest wildlife sanctuary. Including migrants, well over 450 species of animals have been recorded here.
- Although July, August and September are the months when the Mara plains are filled with migrating wildebeest and zebra, there is also resident wildlife year-round. The famous Maasai tribesmen live within the dispersal area of the game reserve.
- Dinner and overnight at the Camp ( with hot showers and flush toilets).
Day 3 Masai Mara National Reserve
- After breakfast, proceed on a full day of game viewing within the reserve.
- The landscape here is scenic Savannah grassland on rolling hills. The reserve is the best park for game in Kenya as it has an extensive road and track network, which allows for close-range viewing and photography.
- Break for your picnic lunch at the hippo pool, looking out for hippos and crocodiles.
- Dinner and overnight at the Camp.
Day 4 Masai Mara - Serengeti National Park
- This morning, head to the world-famous Serengeti National Park, famous for its Big Five and other exclusive wildlife.
- Later, in the afternoon, enjoy a game drive of the vast game reserve.
- Overnight in Serengeti.
Day 5 Serengeti National Park
- Enjoy a morning game drive and see the animal behaviour on an exclusive safari -a photo opportunity surely not to be missed.
- Overnight in Serengeti.
Day 6 Serengeti National Park - Ngorongoro Crate
- After breakfast, drive to Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
- Spot wildlife such as lions, elephants, and black rhinos in a game drive.
- In the afternoon, drive back to Arusha.
- Stay overnight at a hotel in Arusha.
Day 7 Departure
- After breakfast, transfer to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your departure flight.

We started our trip from New Delhi to Nairobi via Mumbai by Indigo flight. Dennis was there to welcome us at the airport early in the morning. We started off to Samburu, had lunch on the way had a relaxing evening at the resort. We had a wonderful game drive next day at the samburu national reserve, saw a leopard, zebra, giraffe, ostrich, etc from close quarters. We went to ol Pajeto conservancy, fed blind rhino, saw chimpanzees and other animals including two horned rhinos, proceeded to Nakuru saw pelicans, flamingos etc there, Masai Mara we stayed for three nights and had two game drives.
Could see lots of lions, cheetah with its prey as well as a pregnant cheetah, zebras, giraffes etc. we also saw ostriches and other animals and birds there. We then went to Naivasha had a boat ride with walk and see crocodiles and hippos and crescent island visit walked with zebras, impalas and wildebeest but couldn’t see giraffe there. Due to floods last year many parts of crescent island got submerged so could only see part of the island. Our last destination was Amboseli park with game drive there. Overall it was a highly satisfying and interesting experience. İmara Destinations did a very good job of taking us to the exact spots where animals would be seen uninterrupted. Reasons
1.Clear communication and replies always comes very quickly on WhatsApp.
2. Very genuine with suggestions and doesn't do things as a job or formality.
3. James is very knowledgeable.
4. The enthusiasm and passion shown by James was just so infectious.
5. The planning of itinerary takes care of all the finer details.
6. They really take care of your focus and they don't try to sell anything you are not interested in. For example we skipped the village visit because we didn't see value in it.
7. Quite flexible and adjusts as things progress.

We got to see the Big5 within 3 days of our itenary and more on the next days. Janet was very thorough with our itenary and helped us throughout and Bonnie knew all the best spots on all of our game drives. We didn't feel rushed throughout our tour, because it is designed very well to accomodate enough rest. 10/10 recommend
We didn't expect Kenya to be so cold, so at some places we missed warm water for (Read More) wash
