Detailed Itinerary
Day 1 Arrival at Darjeeling
- Pickup from NJP Railway Station/IXB Airport by our representative and transfer to Darjeeling.
- On arrival check-in to hotel.
- Spend the rest of the day at leisure.
- Overnight stay at Darjeeling.
Day 2 Darjeeling Sightseeing
- Early morning (at 4.00 AM) drive to Tiger Hill to watch the spectacular sunrise over Mt. Kanchenjunga.
- On your way back, visit Ghoom Monastery and Batasia Loop.
- After breakfast, visit Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, P.N. Zoological Park (Thursday closed) Tenzing Rock, Tibetan Refugee Self-help Centre (Sunday closed), Tea Garden (outer view), Ava Art Gallery and Japanese Temple (4 hrs from 9.00 to 13.00 hrs).
- Overnight stay at Darjeeling.
Day 3 Darjeeling to Gangtok
- After breakfast, start for a picturesque drive to Gangtok.
- On arrival check-in to your hotel.
- Spend the rest of the day at leisure.
- Overnight stay at Gangtok.
Day 4 Gangtok Local Sightseeing
- After breakfast, start for a full day city tour.
- Visit Tashi Viewpoint, Ganesh Tok and Hanuman Tok, Ranka Monastery, Banjhakri Falls, Cottage Industry, Dro-drul Chorten, Namgyal Institute of Tibetology, Flower show and Handicraft Centre.
- Dinner and overnight stay at Gangtok.
Day 5 Excursion to Tsomgo Lake and Baba Mandir
- After breakfast, start for an excursion to Tsomgo Lake and Baba Mandir which is 55 kms from Gangtok city.
OR excursion to Temi Tea & Chardham(in case of road blockage by land slide enroute Tsomgo Lake). - Overnight stay at Gangtok.
Day 6 Departure from Gangtok
- After breakfast, check-out from the hotel on time.
- Drop to NJP Railway Station / IXB Airport for your onward journey.

Itinerary can be more good if they planned bit better . There was a confusion wh (Read More)ile going to places as listed in the pdf but driver asked us to go where they take as they now those all places can’t have covered in a day
