Day 1 Srinagar Arrival

- Nishat Bagh (Garden of Bliss): Enjoy the beautiful views of Dal Lake and the Zabarwan Mountains.
- Shalimar Bagh (Abode of Love): Built by Emperor Jahangir for his wife, this garden is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
- Chashme Shahi (Royal Spring): Known for its fresh water spring believed to have medicinal properties.
- Hazratbal Shrine: A revered Muslim shrine located on the northern shores of Dal Lake.

Day 2 Srinagar to Sonamarg Excursion( 80 km, 4 to 5 hrs)
Morning Drive to Sonamarg:
- After an early breakfast, embark on a scenic drive to Sonamarg, also known as the "Meadow of Gold," surrounded by spectacular snow-capped mountains and lush green meadows.
- Stroll along the Sindh River, known for trout and mahseer fishing in summer.
- Opt for a pony ride to one of the nearby glaciers for a fun-filled experience with snow and ice (at your own expense).
- In the evening, return to your houseboat in Srinagar.
- Enjoy a serene Shikara ride on Dal Lake to soak in the tranquility of the surroundings.
- Relax on your houseboat, followed by dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 3 Srinagar to Gulmarg ( 50 km, 2 to 3 hrs)
Transfer to Gulmarg:
- After breakfast, check out from your Srinagar accommodation and proceed to Gulmarg, a popular hill station and skiing destination.
- Take the world-famous Gondola Ride (cable car) in two phases, reaching an altitude of 14,000 feet. Experience stunning panoramic views of the Himalayas.
- Enjoy activities such as pony rides or sledding (at an additional cost).
- Return to the hotel in Gulmarg for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 4 Gulmarg to Pahalgam( 140 km, 5 to 6 hrs)
After breakfast, we check out of the hotel and drive to Pahalgam. After reaching Pahalgam, we check in at the hotel and spend the rest of the day leisurely. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 5 Pahalgam Local sightseeing
- Aru Valley: Begin your day with a visit to Aru Valley, a picturesque destination surrounded by lush meadows and snow-capped peaks. Enjoy activities like horse riding, hiking, or trekking.
- Chandanwari: Next, visit Chandanwari, the starting point of the famous Amarnath Yatra. Admire the stunning views of the Lidder River and snow-dusted mountains. You can indulge in snow sledding here (at your own expense).
- Baisaran (Mini Switzerland):
- A short 6 km drive from Pahalgam takes you to Baisaran, known for its stunning meadows, pristine lakes, and tranquil settings. Activities like pony rides and zorbing are available.
- Betaab Valley: Conclude your sightseeing with a visit to Betaab Valley, named after the Bollywood movie Betaab. This valley boasts deodar forests, pine trees, and the Lidder River flowing through the heart of it.
- Evening: Return to the hotel in Pahalgam for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 6 Pahalgam to Srinagar ( 90 km, 4 to 5 hrs)
Transfer to Srinagar:
- After breakfast, check out of the hotel and drive back to Srinagar.
- On arrival, check into your hotel and enjoy leisure for the rest of the day.
- Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 7 Srinagar Drop
- After breakfast, check out from hotel & transfer to Srinagar Airport to board your flight with memorable experiences

The people in travgen, no matter it was Ms Samreen who planned our itenaries from Day 1 to Day 5 or our cab driver Tawseef bhai who took our to different places, all were quite helpful. Travgen is srinagar based so that's one of prominent benefit, so if they know each and every places in detail, when to go and what to avoid n all. Also there were no last minute surprises till Day 5 unlike other platforms. So if you are concerned and planning for a kashmir trip the Travgen is the best option.
