• After breakfast, proceed for a full-day excursion to:
  • Tshangu Lake (12,400 Ft / 3780 Mts) – A glacial lake known for its serene beauty, located 43 km from Gangtok (approx. 2-hour drive one way).
  • New Baba Mandir (13,100 Ft / 3994 Mts) – Situated 18 km further from Tshangu Lake (approx. 1-hour drive).
• Return to Gangtok by evening.
• Overnight stay at the hotel in Gangtok.

Important Notes:
Documents Required for Tshangu Lake & New Baba Mandir:

1. Two passport-size photographs per traveler.
2. Photocopy of a valid photo ID (Passport, Driving License, or Voter ID). Aadhaar Card and PAN Card are not accepted.
3. For children below 18 years, School or College ID is required. Originals must be carried during travel.

If the visit to Tshangu Lake is not possible due to landslides or unforeseen reasons, an alternative sightseeing tour will be provided.
Foreign nationals, OCI, and PIO cardholders require a separate process for permits; prior intimation is necessary.

• After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed towards Darjeeling (6710 Ft / 2046 Mts).
• Enjoy the picturesque 110 km journey, taking approximately 4-5 hours.
• On arrival, check in at the hotel.
• Overnight stay at the hotel in Darjeeling.
• Optional: Teesta River Rafting at Melli (available at an additional cost).

• Early morning at around 4:00 AM, subject to clear weather, visit Tiger Hill (8482 Ft / 2586 Mts) to witness the sunrise over the mighty Kanchenjunga Peak, the third-highest peak in the world.
• Return to the hotel for breakfast.
• After breakfast, proceed for a half-day sightseeing tour of Darjeeling.
• Visit the Japanese Temple and Peace Pagoda, which offer a serene environment and panoramic views.
• Explore the Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park and Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, which remain closed on Thursdays, local festivals, and state and national government holidays.
• Stop by Tenzing and Gombu Rock, which are popular sites for rock climbing enthusiasts.
• Visit the Tibetan Refugee Self-Help Center, which remains closed on Sundays, local festivals, and state and national government holidays.
• Enjoy a panoramic tour of a Tea Estate, witnessing the scenic tea gardens that Darjeeling is famous for.
• Return to the hotel and spend the evening at leisure.
• Overnight stay at the hotel in Darjeeling.
• Tiger Hill visit is subject to the availability of coupons, as only 600 vehicles are allowed in the morning. In case coupons are unavailable, the visit will be arranged after breakfast.
• Optional: Joy Train Ride (at additional cost).

• After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed towards New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP) / Bagdogra Airport (IXB).
• Enjoy a scenic 100 km drive, which takes approximately 3 to 4 hours.
• If time permits and opted for, take a detour via Mirik Lake (4905 Ft / 1495 Mts) to experience its tranquil surroundings and picturesque views.
• Arrive at NJP / IXB and board your onward train or flight.
