Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 Arrival in Delhi and Transfer to Shimla

Pickup by our representative from the airport/ hotel.
In the hotel, take hand-over of documents regarding the tour by the representative/driver.
Reach Shimla perched at 7000 feet above sea level.
Upon arrival, check-in the hotel and spend the rest of the day at leisure.
In the evening, take a walk to the Mall Road.
Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 2 Shimla Local Sightseeing and Visit to Kufri

After breakfast, go for local sightseeing of Shimla.
Later, start for an excursion trip to Kufri.
Enroute stop for a while at the beautiful Christ Church.
Return to the hotel in the evening.
Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 3 Shimla to Manali

After breakfast, drive to Manali.
On arrival, check-in the hotel.
Spend the day at leisure.
Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel in Manali.

Day 4 Manali Local Sightseeing

Have breakfast at the hotel and leave for local sightseeing.
Visit 450 years-old Hidimba Mata temple situated in dense forest.
Van Vihar, Mall Road, Tibetan Monastery and handicraft centre.
Evening time is free. The guests can walk up to the nearby village Vashisht known for its hot sulphur springs.
Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel in Manali.

Day 5 Manali to Solang Valley

Visit Solang Valley.
In the evening return to hotel.
Dinner and overnight stay at hotel.

Day 6 Manali to Chandigarh

After breakfast, drive to Chandigarh.
Visit Rose Garden and Rock Garden in Chandigarh.
On arrival at Chandigarh, check-in to your hotel.
Spend the rest of day at leisure.
Overnight stay in Chandigarh.

Day 7 Departure to Delhi

After breakfast, transfer to the airport for your journey back home.

We would have preferred our guides/ drivers to ask us about going to a particula (Read More)r shop that sells prior to stopping there. Also a hotel should have a cold fridge that doesn’t turn off when the hotel card is removed the room.

I recently booked a trip through Travel Pedia, and unfortunately, my experience (Read More)with the hotel arrangements was disappointing(Dharmsala only )The room provided was not the same as what was shown to me during the enquiry. When I raised the issue, the Travel Pedia manager simply responded by saying, “The room has just been changed.” It seems Travel Pedia expects customers to verify the room type on their own, even when clear assurances were given during the booking. I feel this is misleading, and travelers should be cautious and insist on written confirmation of room details before finalizing any bookings with them.
