Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 Arrive Delhi & Transfer to Shimla (361 kms / 8-9 hrs)

Arrive at Delhi Airport/Station and depart for Shimla by road. Shimla, the state capital of Himachal Pradesh, is surrounded by pine, deodar, oak, and rhododendron forests. It was also the summer capital of the British Raj. On arrival in Shimla, check into your hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 2 In Shimla - Local Sightseeing

After breakfast, enjoy an excursion to Kufri. Later, visit the Himachal State Museum, Vice Regal Lodge, Jakhoo Hill, Lakkar Bazaar, and take a leisurely walk through Mall Road. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 3 Shimla to Manali Transfer (248 kms / 8-9 hrs)

After an early breakfast, proceed to Manali by road. On arrival in Manali, check into your hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 4 In Manali – Local Sightseeing

This morning, visit Hadimba Temple, Manu Mandir, Vashisht Kund, Tibetan Monastery, and Handicraft Centre. The rest of the day is at leisure. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 5 In Manali

After breakfast, visit Solang Valley or opt for an excursion to Rohtang Pass (at your own expense). Return to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 6 Manali to Chandigarh

After an early breakfast, drive to Chandigarh. On arrival, check into your hotel. The rest of the day is free for leisure. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 7 Chandigarh to Delhi (256 kms / 7 hrs)

After breakfast, visit Rock Garden and later transfer to Delhi Airport/Railway Station for your onward journey

What's Good: I booked my Anniversary Trip to Shimla and Manali with Dreamland yours and travels. It was our first time visiting himachal and so we wanted someone to preplan it for us so that we (Read More) can just relax and worry about nothing. I came in contact with Kiran and from day 1 till the day I was back home she was in continuous contact, checking on us, checking with the driver about our well being and our location updates. The hotels she arranged for us were top notch. To our suprise, Kiran upgraded us into super delux hotel with great view for our manali stay. That was so sweet of her. Our driver - Manoj ji was very very very sweet and cooperative. I was unwell for the first 3 days of the trip and he made sure to get me meds and food, frequent bathroom stops and he was our guide for the tour too. Would really recommend Dreamland tours and travels for anyone who wants to have a hassle free and relaxing trip to Himachal.

What's Good: Hi I had taken my family to a long week trip to Manali, Haridwar and Rishikesh, to celebrate my Mom and Dad's 25th Anniversary. The trip was perfectly executed by Jagdish The Him (Read More)alayan Safar. The accomodation in Manali was really a good one, the cottage had the best view from balcony the apple trees and mountains and the food was delicious as it was based on home cooked style. Speaking about transport, a four wheeler sedan was arranged with overhead bag carriers which made travelling very comfortable although we travelled a lot by road. Special mentions to the driver Tarun he was very friendly and respectful. Then we headed over to Haridwar, oh the city of Gods, the accomodation was 10/10, especially the staff, the hospitality provided by them was unforgettable and the rooms were none less than any luxurious suites. Our overall experience was great and we would soon plan another family outing with The Himalayan Safar
