• For extra person in same room mattress will be given on floor
• AC will not work in hill areas
• The car may or may not have power windows
• During winter, if cab or Volvo is not reaching till the desired point or hotel booked, and then extra cost will be charged for 4x4 vehicles.
• Any sightseeing point not accessible due to any unavoidable situation cannot be claimed in form of cash or any other services.
• Extra cost applicable on the spot for 4x4 vehicles during snowfall.
• The transportation cost is subject to change if there will be a hike in the rates of Fuel
• The vehicle used will not be at disposal and will be exclusively used for the group as per the itinerary only (point to point basis only)
• Check in & checkout time will be according to hotel policies (Early check in & late checkout will attract extra charges)
• Meals and its timing will be followed as per the hotel menu whether it is Buffet or Al-Carte. For any un-availed meals we shall not be responsible
• Guests’ luggage is their own responsibility. Please take care of your baggage during the Tour
• We exclusively covers only services which are managed directly. We do not undertake responsibility for third-party service providers such as Volvo, flights and trains. Any cancellation or changes done by these cannot be claimed in any form.
• Any kind of insurance is not covered in the package. Guests’ will have to take care of it by own.

All cancellations are to be communicated in written & charges will be levied as follows:

• 30 days or more prior to departure of the tour, 0% cancellation charge.
• 30 days to 15 days to departure of the tour, 50% cancellation charge.
• Less than 15 days to departure of the tour, 100% Cancellation charge.
• In exceptional cases like Instant death company can refund the advance payment amount but after deducting its necessary service charges* (death certificate will be needed for the same)
• Token amount is non-refundable in any case
• If guest wishes to postpone his / her travel dates, we request to kindly reach us 15 days prior to journey date via mail or written conversation.
• One time postpone charges are not applicable (if intimated before 15 days of travel date in written). However postponing second time will attract additional charges.
• In all postpone scenarios, the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel / Volvo / Cab and season / off season time.
• The validity to utilize your Advance payment in postpone scenario is 2 Years from the date of advance payment received.
• The advance payment received and the confirmation number given to you, are transferable i.e. you can pass on your confirmation number to any of your friends / relatives. (While meeting above terms and conditions)
