I had a very good experience overall with the travel agency. They arranged every (Read More)thing smoothly—bus tickets, hotel stay, food, and cab services—so the trip was comfortable and hassle-free. The hotel was clean, and the food quality was good, which made the stay pleasant. The cab arrangements were also well-coordinated for most parts of the journey. There were a couple of minor issues. We experienced about a 1-hour power failure at the hotel, and at one location, the cab didn’t have the required permit to enter, which led to around an hour of waiting. These didn’t ruin the trip but could definitely be improved. Overall, a well-managed trip with good service. With a bit more attention to such details, it could easily be a 5-star experience. I would rate it 4 stars.

They have communicated everything very nicely. They never went too pushy for pay (Read More)ment or anything else. Tried their best to make our trip enjoyable.
Itinerary could be much better. More things could be covered. First and last day (Read More) were time waste we literally visit 2 temples and mall road in local manali that's it I think we could have gone somewhere better like nearby villages where we could find serene beauty and snow as well. But I guess it is their way to earn money. And last day also there was nothing to visit we spent whole day in club House which is not even worth visiting for 1 hour also.

Booking process bilkul smooth tha aur har cheez time par arrange ki gayi thi. Hotel, transport aur sightseeing sab kuch perfectly managed tha. Staff ka behavior friendly tha aur unhone hamari trip ko tension-free bana diya. Agar aap Himachal ya Himalayan region ki trip plan kar rahe ho, to main definitely The Himalayan Holidays ko recommend karunga. Value for money aur yaadgaar experience ke liye yeh best option hai.
