Detailed Itinerary
Day 1 Arrive in Guwahati - Transfer to Cherrapunji
- On arrival at Guwahati Airport/Railway Station, get greeted by a representative who will help you with the transfer to Cherrapunjee.
- En route to Cherrapunjee, take a stopover at the Umiam Lake(Barapani) and the Elephant Falls.
- Check in to the hotel at Cherrapunjee and take some rest to relieve yourself of the stress from the travel.
- Overnight at Cherrapunjee.
Day 2 Explore Cherrapunji - Visit Double Decker Root Bridge and Waterfallss
- In the morning, enjoy a delicious breakfast.
- Proceed to Tyrna Village, the starting point of the Nongriat trek.
- On the way, take a stopover at Nohkalikai Falls and Seven Sisters Fall.
- Reach Tyrna Village later in the noon and trek to the Double Decker Root Bridge (Nongriat) with a local Guide.
- Climb back 3000 steps to Tyrna village, where your driver will be waiting to transfer you to Cherrapunjee.
- Overnight stay at Cherrapunjee.
Day 3 Transfer to Shillong - Stop by Dawki Island and Umngot River
- Enjoy a delicious breakfast in the morning.
- Depart Cherrapunjee for Dawki Island, a magnificent island in the Jaintia Hills. The Umngot River passes through the village, making it attractive.
- You can also opt for indulging in different activities such as Boating, River Rafting, Kayaking, Cliff Jumping Etc. at an extra cost.
- Reach Shillong in the evening after spending a great day at Dawki.
- Overnight stay at Shillong.
Day 4 Depart for Guwahati
- Enjoy a delicious breakfast in the morning.
- Then a representative will pick you up from the hotel and drop you off at Guwahati Airport/Railway station in a private vehicle for your return journey, bringing the experience to an end.

Excellent North East Tour Experience
We had an amazing trip to Shillong, Cherra (Read More)punji, and Dawki River. The entire tour was very well planned and executed.
The hotel selection was excellent—clean, comfortable, and in great locations. The cab and driver were professional, punctual, and very cooperative, making our journey smooth and enjoyable.
Overall, everything was excellent and hassle-free. Highly recommended for anyone planning a North East tour!

We got Excellent coordinator Sizra khan and a safe helpful driver during our re (Read More)cent Northeast trip . Very trust worthy. Prompt response even when booking was done at last minute. The accomodations could have been better in few places alone. However it is to be noted that accomodations are booked considering our choice. Value for money. Itenary coverage was good. So would suggest with Hill dekho for your next North east trip.
