Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 BUDAPEST ARRIVAL

Arrive in Budapest and transfer to your hotel.
Rest of the day at leisure.
Go for dinner to get a feel for this city divided by the river Danube into two parts - the hilly, historic "Buda" region & the Bohemian "Pest".
Overnight at your hotel in Budapest.

Day 2 BUDAPEST CITY TOUR

Breakfast at the hotel.
Begin your tour in the ‘Pest' district and see the Parliament, Royal Palace and Heroes Square.
Then cross the Danube River on the Elizabeth Bridge into the Buda Hills.
See the 13th century Matthias Coronation Church at Castle Hill.
Head to Fisherman's Bastion to enjoy a panoramic view of the city.
Rest of the evening at leisure.
Option of taking a Danube river cruise with dinner on board.
Spend the afternoon at leisure, and tonight perhaps choose the optional Danube Cruise that includes dinner.
After the tour, return to your hotel.
Overnight at your hotel in Budapest.

Day 3 BUDAPEST TO VIENNA BY MOTOR COACH

Breakfast at hotel.
Option to join a tour to visit St Stephen's Basilica and the historic Great Market Hall.
Later, depart for Vienna in a coach by road.
Vienna boasts a scenic location between the foothills of the Alps and the Carpathians, along the Danube River.
The rest of the day is at leisure in beautiful Vienna.
Musically inclined can opt to attend an optional concert performance of the classical masterpieces of Mozart and Strauss, two of Vienna's most famous citizens.

Day 4 VIENNA CITY TOUR

Breakfast at the hotel.
Embark on a sightseeing tour, starting off with a visit to the stately Schonbrunn Palace, the former summer residence of the Hapsburg emperors.
Continue along the famous Ringstrasse and view the Empress Maria Theresia Monument, Votive Church, City Hall and Parliament.
Next, walk through the Hofburg courtyards to the State Opera House.
The rest of the evening is at leisure.

Day 5 VIENNA-BRATISLAVA CITY TOUR-VIENNA

Breakfast at the hotel.
Today you visit an extra country - Slovakia.
The capital Bratislava lies close to Vienna and offers opportunities for the same-day excursion.
Explore the historic centre on a guided walking tour.
Nestled between the steep Castle Hill and the Danube River, the beautifully restored old town will charm you with its winding lanes and medieval courtyards.
Later, stroll the lively pedestrian street, often thronged by buskers and souvenir sellers.
Return to Vienna.
Tonight you have the option to have a traditional Austrian meal accompanied by local musicians playing classic melodies.

Day 6 VIENNA TO PRAGUE BY MOTOR COACH

After breakfast this morning, depart Austria for the Czech Republic.
Travel through Southern Bohemia to the Czech capital, Prague - "The City of a Thousand Spires".
Upon arrival, check into your hotel.
Balance of the day is at leisure for individual pursuits.
Perhaps explore unique galleries, and museums and stroll along Parizska street, the city's famous shopping district.
Try traditional Czech cuisine at one of the many world-class restaurants in Prague.
Overnight stay in Prague.

Day 7 PRAGUE CITY TOUR

Breakfast in the morning, followed by a half-day sightseeing tour.
Start with a walk in the Lesser Town and the Old Town, viewing the famous 14th century Charles Bridge, with its 30 baroque statues of various saints. The bridge is also a good viewing point to marvel at Prague Castle.
Continue walking through Old Town Square to view the famous Old Town Hall Tower & Astronomical Clock, the Municipal House, Powder Tower, and the Jewish Quarter.
Rest of the day at leisure.

Day 8 PRAGUE DEPARTURE

Breakfast at the hotel.
Transfer to the airport to catch your return flight.

The trip itinerary is well planned . The coach journeys were comfortable. The to (Read More)ur manager has been very cordial and helpful throughout the trip.

The food was too spicy at few restaurants causing stomach problems. Also the hot (Read More)el accommodation at Zurich and Frankfurt were having very little space to move around. The same needs to be improved.
