The trip was amazing. We enjoyed a lot. The arrangement done by you was very tho (Read More)ughtful. The driver was experienced and well-mannered. First day and last day were quite tiring for us as the journey was too long. Instead, we could have stayed somewhere in middle.
The places we visited were mesmerizing and the snowfall added magic to our trip. The hotels were good and well-maintained except the last one. Hotel Rituraj in Guwahati was unhygienic and the stay there was uncomfortable for us. Although food was good but everything else was not up to mark. Also, there was confusion in the names of hotel but still the hotel where we stayed was good. All in all, the trip was an amazing experience and we hope to visit once again in the future.

I had a wonderful experience with this travel agency during our Tawang trip. Eve (Read More)rything was very well organized and the entire journey went smoothly. A special thanks to Sizra, who coordinated the trip so well. She was very responsive, helpful, and made sure everything was arranged perfectly throughout the trip.
Also, a big appreciation to our driver Littu. He was extremely skilled, professional, and very familiar with the mountain roads. He drove very safely and made us feel comfortable during the entire journey. He was also friendly and suggested some beautiful spots along the way.
Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this agency to anyone planning a Tawang trip. Thank you for making our trip memorable!

The trip was well planned by Sizra, she understood our requirements and curated (Read More)finest itinerary. She stays were thoughtfully picked. The weather complimented all the planned activities throughout the journey.
Few places were closed (like Shillong peak, Guwahati Museum, etc) and that could (Read More) have been informed prior to our journey start, since we understood the closure after reaching the points.

Mr. Himanshu extended a great & delightful support in customizing our entire tour. While designing the tour, All our queries were attended & during the tour all expectations were met including arrangement of Wheelchair for my 87 years old mother. The accommodations provided including the Urbania Vehicle were superb.
The Driver Mr. Abdul having excellent driving skills too was very cooperative . Mr. Himanshu greeted us in person at Guwhati , honouring us with Gamcha ( a traditional cloth of Assam), & took the review of everyday activities . I would especially like to highlight the driver you arranged for us, *Dipu*. He was absolutely exceptional — extremely polite, professional, and caring throughout the journey. More than a driver, he felt like a family member traveling with us. His driving skills were excellent, and we always felt safe and comfortable on the hilly roads. By the end of the trip, it genuinely felt like we had made a new friend in the North East.
The hotels arranged were also fabulous, and everything overall was perfectly managed — truly worth it.
