Detailed Itinerary
Day 1 Arrival in Kathmandu
- On arrival at Kathmandu Airport, you will meet the representative.
- Transfer to the hotel and check-in.
- Freshening up and get a briefing about the trip.
- Overnight stay in Kathmandu.
Day 2 Kathmandu to Pokhara
- After breakfast, proceed for half-day sightseeing in Kathmandu.
- Visit Pashupatinath and Swayambhunath Stupa (Monkey Temple).
- Later, drive to Pokhara.
- On arrival in Pokhara, check in to the hotel.
- Overnight stay in Pokhara.
Day 3 Pokhara Sightseeing - Iconic Landmarks
- In the early morning, visit sunrise vie point in Sarangkot.
- Also, visit Bindhyabasini Temple.
- Return back to the hotel.
- After breakfast, proceed for a half-day sightseeing tour of Pokhara.
- Visit Davis Falls, Gupteshwor Cave, Seti River, and International Mountain Museum.
- Enjoy boating on Fewa lake and Tal Barahai (optional).
- Spend the rest of the day at leisure.
- Overnight stay in Pokhara.
Day 4 Pokhara to Jomsom - Day at Leisure
- After an early breakfast, drive to Jomsom.
- On arrival in Jomsom, check in to the hotel.
- Spend the rest of the day at leisure.
- Overnight stay in Jomsom.
Day 5 Jomsom to Muktinath to Pokhara
- After breakfast, proceed to Muktinath Temple.
- Walk for 20 mins to catch the jeep.
- Drive to Ranipauwa by local sharing jeep.
- On arrival in Ranipauwa, hike again for 30 minutes up to the temple.
- Change clothes in the changing room.
- Take a bath on 108 holy waterspouts and two holy Kunda.
- Afterward, change your clothes and worship at the temple.
- Drive back to Jomsom and Pokhara following the same route.
- On arrival in Pokhara, check in to the hotel.
- Spend the rest of the day at leisure.
- Overnight stay in Pokhara.
Day 6 Pokhara to Janakpur
- After breakfast, drive to Janakpur.
- On arrival in Janakpur, check in to the hotel.
- Overnight stay in Janakpur.
Day 7 Janakpur to Kathmandu
- After breakfast, visit Janaki temple.
- Afterward, drive to Kathmandu.
- On arrival in Kathmandu, check in to the hotel.
- Overnight stay in Janakpur.
Day 8 Departure
- After breakfast, check out from the hotel and transfer to Tribhuvan International Airport for your flight home.

They were unable to provide us with transportation as they already had prior boo (Read More)kings, so we had to arrange transport through other sources.
The resort and hotels were good; however, at the time of booking, they had mentioned that the property in Pokhara would have a swimming pool. In reality, there was no swimming pool, and it was not even a resort but actually a hotel.
Nevertheless, the overall stay arrangement was satisfactory.
Except for Siddhartha Riverside, the food at all other hotels and resorts in Nep (Read More)al was not good.
They did not even have the basic courtesy to provide drinking water in the room.
At the time of check-in, two bottles of water were provided, but the next morning when we asked for a refill, they said refills are only done after 12:00 PM. If we needed water before that, we had to purchase it ourselves.
We have traveled extensively around the world, but we have never experienced such dry and unaccommodating behavior anywhere.
Refilling drinking water is a very basic courtesy that hotels and resorts should provide.
