Day 1 Arrive in Colombo - Transfer to Anuradhapura - Temple Visit
- On arrival at the airport, you will meet the Amara Lanka Tours representative.
- Proceed to Anuradhapura.
- On the way, visit Munneswaram Kovil and Manavari Kovil.
- On arrival in Anuradhapura, check in to the hotel and relax.
- In the evening, visit 8 ancient temples including Sri Maha Bodhi Temple (only if interested).
- Overnight stay in Anuradhapura.
Day 2 Excursion to Trincomalee
- After an early breakfast, proceed to Trincomalee.
- Visit Sankari Devi Temple (Shakthi Peedam), hot springs for bathing, Sri Lakshmi Temple, and Trincomalee Harbor.
- Return to the hotel.
- Overnight stay in Anuradhapura.
Day 3 Visit Sigiriya Lion Rock - Transfer to Kandy
- After breakfast, proceed to Kandy.
- On the way, climb the Sigiriya Lion Rock.
- Also, visit Cave Temple in Dambulla, and Muthu Mariamman Temple, Murgan Temple, and Spice Garden in Matale.

Day 4 Transfer to Nuwara Eliya - Visit Tea Plantation

It was a great trip, very professionally managed. All places of stay were carefu (Read More)lly chosen for a very comfortable stay. The vehicle provided was very comfortable, our driver Mahesh was English speaking and was very co-operative. Drove very safely. Sumedha and Mahesh together made sure we covered all places of interest. The focus was mainly on places connected to Ramayana. However, we also did safaris and boat rides aside which were great.We being vegetarians, Mahesh chose appropriate restaurants for lunch. Dinner and breakfast provided at the place of stay were very good. On the whole it was a great memorable trip which we hope we will repeat some other time.
